"Booked a room with 2 Double Beds to sleep 3 adults. When we arrived, hotel staff said the only room they had for us was a roon with 1 King Bed! When we saw another customer who cancelled and returned the room at the counter, we requested to have that room too, so that we can have 2 rooms in order to sleep 3 adults, staff said we had to pay for the additional room! Staff said 'we can sell that room for a few hundred dollars!' (Apparently, most Hotels were fully booked that night/weekend due to school competitions held in the city). Terrible service! Room was basic and outdated. Shower was in a bathtub that we had to step in and out of."

Quality Inn Midvale - Salt Lake City South

"The room cleanliness was so-so. The front desk service was terrible; the staff hid in the back and only came out when I rang the bell. When I paid the deposit, they copied down all my card information instead of swiping the card. The breakfast was awful, with only bread, waffles, and other carbohydrates; nothing else. The juicer was broken; the label said it had been broken for a long time, so I guess they didn't plan to fix it to save costs."

"Definitely not the cleanest hotel around, there's drug deals happening all day every day on the property. Hotel is not a good place for children or families! I have seen bed bugs in multiple rooms and the front desk won't accept any blame. They'll instead blame you and charge you double before they kick you off the property."

"We had a quick overnight stay to be close to fashion place mall. The location has a lot of food around and was safe. My only small dislike was how small the pool and hot tub were. Staff was friendly and everything was updated and clean."

"I chose this room to save money, but the air conditioner smelled musty and smelly, and the quilts and sheets didn't feel clean, making it itchy to sleep on. I'd better spend more money next time to stay in a better place."
