Hotel 2 Bintang di Milan

I´m not sure how it is like to stay at Ostelzzz for several nights, but I find it a very convenient solution for me who arrived around midnight in Milan, and already had leave from Milano Centrale by noon on the next day. I had a proper sleep for one night in a capsule. It really was a hostel, but with so much better privacy. Staffs were extremely kind and helpful. They gave me a welcome drink. Online check-in in advance made my actual check-in so much easier. Had everything I needed, incl breakfast, towel too. Clean and well-organized. Breakfast was simple, but more than good enough for me. I wouln´t hesitate to choose Ostelzzz next time.

Door to rooms access area arent lock as its a share apartment hence common area to room wasnt lock thats a security threat other than that all good just im unfortunate lift is broken when we arrived wasnt fixed till we check out earlier.

I stayed at a hotel recently that left me thoroughly disappointed. While the location was excellent and the staff was friendly, everything else was dreadful. The rooms were outdated and had a strange odor. The doors did not feel secure or reliable; they would shake every time someone else slammed their room door. The breakfast was meager and somewhat unsettling. Overall, it was a rather unsettling experience.

What a great hostel, I’ve stopped at many hostels in my time but this was very much one of the better ones. I can only comment on our private room however. Friendly welcome, easy enough check in even though we arrived at 2am due to cancelled trains, not a problem! Great bar and area, things always happening. We saw a live jazz band in there for the one night we were there. Pub crawls, city tours for free, speed dating have it all. Our room was great, clean and comfortable. It was quite loud during the night, noisy neighbours (not the hostels fault) and a weird kind of opening of vents or something from the aircon possibly. Couldn’t put my finger on it but maybe worth looking at. Thankyou to the team!

All the staff is lovable (Mimi is the best tho). Daily and weekly activities so you will be more than busy. Plus. The bar will always be fun to hang out and have a couple laughs. You get a free beer once you check in + a 20% off in drinks, food was tasty and cheap! Couldn’t be better!

I needed a stay for 2 days om my way to Greece, and I was surprised by skyrocketing prices although it was ”a prime season” with a lot of rock concerts and fairs. The Best Hotel saved my trip with acceptable price and great amenity. (My usual choices must be kidding with prices they offered me...) This 2 stars hotel is in fact 3 stars (they could reach a star or two more just with a fridge or a cooler, but they have reason for being such modest). I like the terrace with a view on Via Vetruvio and Via Benedetto Marcello. There is a writing desk in the room. Hotels in Milano introduced new kind of sockets which prevent heavy electricity consumption. I had this problem last year for the first time in another hotel. Here you can by an adapter for it at the reception for only 5 e. Reeption is open 24/7, and lovely Lidya is so helpful. I can commend the elevator, which is so spacious that you can easy put a big suitcase in it. In the breakfast room there is a charming Cuban lady who will make coffee for you (if you are nit happy with already made Americana), and he likes easy listening Latino music which fills the room. Metro station Lima in Corso Buenos Aires is just a 20 meters away. Very pleasant stay. Next time I would try to arrange my travel so that I could spend here more than just a 2 days.

Отличный отель. С балкона вид на море. Есть всё необходимое. Холодильник, кухня, стиральная машина. Рядом прекрасные виды и пляжи. Магазины, аптеки бары, рестораны всё в близко. Хозяйка Мария- очень приятный человек отзывчивый человек. Время провела прекрасно. Рекомендую.

ENGLISH VERSION : If you book at ostello bello you're making the best decision! A great youth hostel with comfortable, spacious, well-appointed rooms. Each bed has its own light and a socket for recharging appliances. A work desk in room 3, hanging space and large lockers under the beds, with a free padlock. In-room bathroom with hairdryer and washing-up liquid, hanging towels, bath mat and quality towels provided free of charge. All-you-can-eat kitchen (pasta, rice, corn, some vegetables, coffee and tea). An aperitif dinner is offered every evening from 6.30pm. A breakfast is offered for 5€ in the morning (very complete, sweet and savory, croissants, ham, cheese, fruit juice etc.)...In the basement a room where there are shows and great organized evenings. Half-price drinks at the bar, cocktails etc... A great place to party and meet great people... the staff are great and very available. It was my birthday and they offered me breakfast and a 50 percent discount on my drinks. They lend you umbrellas when it rains. Super-central location, close to all monuments, all transport links, streetcar, bus and metro at the foot of the hostel. I recommend the hostel, which is extraordinary! Thank you all! Des boissons moitié moins cher qu'ailleurs au bar , cocktails etc.. Un super endroit festif et rencontrer des supers personnes.. le personnel est genial et tres disponible. C'etait mon anniversaire et ils m'ont offert petit dejeuner et fait discount de 50pour cent sur mes boissons. Ils vous prêtent des parapluies quand il pleut. Lieu hyper central à coté de tous les monuments, de tous les transports, tram, bus et metro au pied de l'auberge. Je recommande l'auberge qui est extraordinaire ! merci à tous ! Tamara de France

We booked here last minute as there was an issue with the other hostel we booked. We were in a mixed 4-bed dorm. The room was pretty clean and not too cramped and it had a bathroom attached as well. Sleep quality wasn't great as it was quite loud from outside and it got cold with the AC on all night and only a sheet to cover you, but that could just be me. Every bed had a box to put your stuff in that could be locked and unlocked with the fob attached to the room key which was very handy. There was an outdoor space with tables and chairs so you could sit or eat. The staff were nice and friendly as well. The hostel also had Wifi which seemed very reliable for what we needed it for. The location was perfect; a Lidl round the corner, a few minutes walk to the metro station and then a couple of stops on the metro and you're at the central station.

NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. Room felt like I was in jail. FaceTimed my friends back in america the entire night because I was scared, and refused to sleep in the bed so I ended up just checking out at 3 am as I would rather sleep in the Milan airport 7 hours before my flight than stay one more minute in that disgusting room. Walls and ceilings are paper thin and you can hear everything everyone on the floor is saying. Indian receptionist (man) was extremely rude and inserted himself into my friend and I’s business, asking if we got in a fight. We absolutely did not get in a fight we were having a normal conversation about MTV cribs, but since he could literally hear everything in the entire hotel, he made assumptions. He said we slammed the door which also never happened. Maybe if the rooms were updated and not creaky and gross it wouldn’t have sounded like that. When I checked out he proceeded to tell me something was wrong with my friend and that he was rude. (because the receptionist had the audacity to accuse my friend of getting in a verbal argument with me in our room. Again, this literally never happened.) maybe don’t listen to everything guests are doing and don’t make assumptions about stuff that is none of your business??? I cannot believe he had the audacity to tell me this at checkout. If it was a more popular chain hotel. I would have called and spoken to management about it. I was catfished by this hotels website. The bed was cardboard. The only good thing is the location is great.
