Hotel berhampiran Piazza Lega Lombarda, Milan

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Very convenient location, pretty nice area. The Cadorna train station along with the metro station is basically around the corner. You can walk to Castello Sforzesco in less than 10 minutes, Duomo di Milano is reachable on foot in 18 minutes. The rooms were modern, clean, comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The reception was very friendly. For the price it’s amazing service and quality.

It is very true that a picture and an image tell their own powerful story! When my husband Guy and I arrived back at the Westin Hotel from Florence, Guy got down on the floor of the hotel reception on both knees to offer a prayer of thanks to Riccardo, the Head Concierge of the Magical Concierge Team. This is how grateful and delighted we were with the services of the Concierge team of Riccardo, Andrea and Silvia. Riccardo was unphased by us not having made Porter reservations for the Railway station. He said he would find a way to help for us with our large luggage. The combination of Riccardo’s skills and connections achieved a mini miracle; our taxi driver to Milan station had been briefed on how to secure porter assistance and the plan was executed with military precision. A young man appeared from nowhere to provide this assistance. This type of service can only be achieved by a Magical Concierge Team. Riccardo, Andrea and Silvia also scored perfection on our return journey from Florence to Milan. As the train arrived at Milan Central, Porter Andrea was holding up a sign with my name on it with the universal thumbs up signal. Watching this Porter lift two suitcases weighing around 20 kilos each from the overhead baggage rack as though they were a feather, was astonishing. Between them Porter Andrea and Mario, the driver of the chauffeur service ensured a seamless arrival back at the Westin. We recommend this Concierge team without any hesitation as the best.

Very clean, great location, respectful staff—I can’t ask for better. The staff in the reception and the lady in the breakfast room were so calm, friendly, and respectful that I always recommend this hotel to anyone stepping into Milan.

The hotel is right opposite the central station. Room was clean. Good shower bed and air con. The hotel does not need keycard to access the lift. There was a man knock on my door very hard and try to turn my door handle. I called the reception to check. Then one hour later someone knock again. So beware of this situation. Do not open your door to anyone.

I have been for a couple of days for a work trip in this hotel. It is close to Politecnico di Milano, within walking distance. The large room was well furnished. Nice internal garden to take something to drink. Good breakfast. The staff was very nice and efficient. The room is super-clean, and the shower wide and new.

Very nice hotel, a lot of space, but room, but a bit far from the town, I spend 50€ in the evening for taxi to get back to the hotel because public transport aren’t working till late, so at the end with same price I could actually booked hotel in town :)

Nice clean hotel.Good location. Friendly and professional staff. Good size rooms. Nice breakfast. Free parking and internet. Not far from Milan and Monzo.very good if you driven in north Italy. I recommend.

Wszystko przebiegło pomyślnie. Hotel jest jednak oddalony od centrum mediolanu i aby tam dojechać zajmuje to około godziny komunikacja miejska (3 przesiadki autobusem). Pracownicy bardzo mili, pomocni, ze znajomością języka angielskiego. W hotelu czysto.

Questo Hotel è di notevole impatto, quando arrivi ti strappa proprio un ”WOW!!” L'ingresso è maestoso, ampio, luminoso e arredato in modo impeccabile. Ampio parcheggio e vicino all'autostrada pertanto molto comodo. Personale sempre disponibile e gentile. La mia camera non era all'altezza dell'atrio :-) Molto sobria ed essenziale. Qualche dettaglio da curare maggiormente ma non mi sento di fare critiche che possono essere frutto di casualità. Sicuramente tornerò per altri eventi.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura una settimana per lavoro, (connessione Wi-Fi pessima inteso come velocità e raggio di fruizione [nella stanza assegnatami era disponibile poco meno della metà]) la struttura è lontana dalla metro (circa 20min a piedi) la pulizia della stanza e lo stato della biancheria (lì dove presente mi è capitato per due giorni che la signora delle pulizie mi informasse che non c’erano asciugamani da mettere in camera) di pessima qualità (strappate/logore/sporche anche se appena messe). Ambienti anni 80. Sono presenti 2ascensori ma la struttura ne attiva solo uno che segue un percorso suo indipendentemente dal piano scelto. Ristorante presente ma cito”non è aperto nel WE” (inteso dal venerdì) e lo staff consiglia di andare ad una pizzeria al taglio lì vicino, quando mi è capitato di cenarci il personale è poco affabile e, quasi ad invitarti ad andar via, tolgono le stoviglie mentre ancora si sta cenando. Ambienti rumorosi e dotazione multimediale in stile struttura (anni 80)
