The location was perfect, inside the Galleria Mall. I could see the mall scenary in my room balcony. The staffs we're very kind and valet parking service was great. Breakfast was excellent and room service was another great feature. The room was very spacious. It didn't have office desk to work on but managed somehow. I strongly recommend this hotel and want to stay again!

房間乾淨整潔，裝修很新。就是房間太小了，除了床邊走道，幾乎沒有多餘的活動空間了，兩個行李箱打開都放不下。安全性不錯，前台有上班時間，要注意早晚沒人。附近有地鐵站和超市，需要走一段，路程不遠，但都是石板路，如果拖行李箱很不友好。

A hotel in a prestigious area, a boutique hotel, there are no large public areas, we did not eat in the hotel, the shower is excellent and clean, the furniture is old, including curtains. The staff is very kind It’s nice hotel to urban vacation and good location

This place had a great location near the train station but far enough away where we were not bothered by crowds and the windows were insulated against noise. It was very easy to walk to the metro each day which was steps away, and the train station next door had trains to both Lake Como and a direct Train to Malpensea. The aparthotel itself was located in a very clean, quiet building with a door person during the weekdays. At night it was easy to enter with instructions. The room itself was a good size, enough for a couple in one room while a friend stayed in the living room on a sofa bed. The kitchen was a good size and very well equipped. Each day, the aparthotel checked in on us by whatsapp to make sure everything was ok. We did not interact with them too much as everything was good in the room and we never needed anything. I liked the place for the nice room and central location. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Milan.

總結：個人體驗上是3.5星級的賓館，絕對算不上4星級賓館的體驗。房價價格浮動大，¥2000/元左右一晚可以住一住。 不滿意的點： 1. 衞生：每天的清潔打掃衹會鋪床+倒垃圾桶，室內垃圾不會丟，東西也不會整理。 2. 餐飲：雖然有三餐自助吧枱，但基本都是甜膩膩的小點心，水果不算新鮮、餐點味道不好、衞生不理想。6月中旬住的，隨時去看都有蟲子在飛，停在西芹、水果上。早上七八點擺盤出來的東西放到中午，中午的擺盤放到下午，沒有任何保温保鮮措施，下午去看水果切片都爛了，真的吃不下去。自助餐的杯子和餐具永遠有臟污。 3. 基礎房型的房間很小，一個28-30寸箱子打開以後過道衹能側身走人，淋浴間特別窄，如其他評論提及，淋浴間不太好轉身。 覺得還不錯的點： 1. 各種飲料無限量提供，sparking water和檸檬飲料、果汁飲料可以喝到爽。 2. 地理位置好，可以15分鐘步行去duomo（大教堂），樓下步行3分鐘左右就有電車站和地鐵站。 3. 酒店安全不錯，底樓大樓入門有門禁。

Amazing hotel. The love for details & design can be seen everywhere. Roof top pool/bar is worth visiting. Great breakfast choices. Rioms are minimal and modern. All very stylish. But - mostly we loved the service. Very kind, supportive and they went always the extra mile. You can feel how commiited they are. A true gem in a bustling neighbourhood.
