"Hygiene: Clean. Service: Good. Environment: The hotel is located in a park with lush vegetation and air freshener, but all the rooms have doors that can be opened; there are no windows or screen doors. At night, all doors have to be closed to keep out animals and insects, making it stuffy and causing me to wake up late at night to watch games on Mu Sen (a popular Chinese video-sharing website) 🤣. Finally, in the morning, when I opened the door for some fresh air, I got bitten by mosquitoes 😭. Facilities: Initially, I let my child watch TV on the first floor, but the cushions near the TV on the sofa were damp, so I took him to the second floor. However, the TV speakers on the second floor were faulty, resulting in unclear sound quality 😅. With all the doors closed, I had to turn on the air conditioner, which I don't like, but there were no fan speed indicators on the vents; I had to stand under the vent to check if it was on 😭. So, overall, the experience was just average."

"Looks great on the outside, but doesn't deliver on the inside. The hotel's decor is nice, the exterior is grand, and the facilities are new. However, there are too few hot spring pools – only 5 of them. The largest one is actually a swimming pool, and the actual hot spring pools are small; about 4 people fill them up. At most, they can accommodate 5 families for hot springs. When you want to use them, you simply can't get in. The indoor hot spring also never has water. There are roughly 24 rooms per floor, and a total of 9 residential floors, meaning about 200 families could stay here. This essentially means only 5 families can enjoy the hot springs, leaving the remaining 195 to queue and wait. If you're just staying at the hotel, it's fine, but if you're coming for the hot springs, forget it."

After the landscape windows are closed, it is quiet and noise-free. It would be better if there is a small refrigerator in the room."

"We arrived quite late on the first day, but after contacting the butler in advance, two butlers were already waiting for us when our car pulled into the parking lot. The hotel is located within the Honghe Water Town scenic area, so early in the morning, we saw many people walking and enjoying the sun along the riverside promenade. The cherry blossoms were beautiful this season. The hotel facilities are very new, and my dad even commented that not only are they new, but many designs are also very user-friendly. I'm so happy to get such positive feedback from an elder! Plus, even though we arrived very late, the front desk staff still helped me arrange the hot spring reservation. The private hot spring pool was very secluded and comfortable, and both my mom and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a wonderful stay!"

"The room was spacious and clean, with a smart speaker for your convenience. It featured both a hot spring and a shower, and downstairs there was a washer and dryer, as well as a free massage chair – you could relax and massage while doing laundry. There were many restaurants nearby; the rice noodles and fried rice at the shop to the left of the hotel were cheap and delicious, and the small steamed buns at the breakfast stall were also very tasty. I even received a complimentary gift from the hotel upon check-out. I had a very happy and comfortable stay."

"Out of the five hotels we stayed at this trip, ranging from star-rated to B&Bs, this one had the best environment. It's very close to the lake and has a well-organized underground parking lot. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious! However, the bedding was just so-so, especially the sheets and duvet covers – I felt they were too old and should be replaced to match the hotel's environmental quality. My child really enjoyed the hot spring pools, and the fact that they're free is a nice bonus. The hotel's toiletries were the best I encountered. Overall, very good! I would consider staying here again if I come back."
