"During our stay, since we had winter clothes from Tibet, we decided to wash them. We asked the cleaning lady, and she said they needed them in the morning and asked us to wash them in the afternoon. I said okay. The older gentleman in the same room, unaware of this, took them to wash. The owner saw this, and... [expletive deleted], fists clenched, eyes wide, furiously yelling and cursing. For about two minutes, we couldn't get a word in edgewise. When he finally calmed down, I said, "Don't get so agitated. If you want to wash them now, I can take them out and hand wash them." But even after I said that, he continued yelling. After he calmed down, I said, "You're the owner, why are you so temperamental?" Ironically, for over an hour after we finished washing, his washing machine was empty. See picture one. I can't imagine how someone like that can do business. We didn't say a single harsh word the whole time. Even if it were a nearly 70-year-old man from next door just coming to wash his clothes, this wouldn't be the case.
