"Location is excellent! Rooms are clean but compact - no extra leg room. Service is bad. In Jap, we cannot speak the language, needs help to talk to restaurant. Total objection to help, why? Reason -hotel has bad experience in booking restaurant for customer. Instead of total rejection to help, guide the staff. There is no need to identify the hotel or staff, just help as a friend or even a stranger asking for help. Give the customer name and telephone number. A total rejection is totally no customer service. Bad!"

"I stayed here for one night on my way from Tokyo to Oarai. Ibaraki Prefecture is offering a discount of up to 5,000 yen per night as part of a project to attract Korean tourists, so I was able to stay for a whopping 40,000 won in a 23m² room. The location is also convenient, as it is a 5-minute walk from the south exit of Mito Station, and there is a convenience store just across the crosswalk.
