"The large public bath was excellent. It was very clean and comfortable. The room was also very quiet with excellent soundproofing, but there was one thing that bothered me. Whenever I closed the door to my room, there was a constant whistling noise. It stopped if I opened the door just a little, so I slept with the door open. I'd like you to check this again. I'm not particularly sensitive, but I have good hearing. I thought it was great that there was a door inside the room, separating the toilet and shower from the living room. As for the young woman at the front desk, I think she needs to learn how to serve customers. Her hospitality skills are very poor. To be honest, she was unfriendly."
