"This was my second time staying here. The first time was excellent. This time I had my grandson with me. I gave him a bath after playing at the lake all day. I used the foot towel and stepped on it and it got dirty. I used the wash cloth to wash his toes. Well I went to check out this morning and was charged $25 for the dirty towel!! Mind you it's Dirt!! Washable dirt. Not blood, not grease.. so I told her since I bought the towel I'd like it. She said ,No, it's property damage! And that they will wash it and use it again! What sense does that make? Also they charge $11.60 a day for some other fee. Why give you towels if you're not supposed to use them? We won't be back!!"

"There is a train that blows its whistle, very loudly at 3:30am and 4:00 a.m. And is very noisy at 5:00. A.m.. I could not stay there because I could not get any sleep and they refused to refund me the other days. Staff was excellent and was trying their best but owner or management really needs to step up and do the right thing. I also did not have water on the day I arrived nor from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m."
