"The bathroom definitely wasn't clean. The toilet was really small and it ropped back and forth the original room that we were in or that they gave us. We were told after we had gone to eat and came back that the toilet wasn't working but that side of the building is really the quietest. Being that this was the second time we would have been staying there. The side they put us on at 1:00 in the morning had people fighting beating up on his wife or a girlfriend. Whatever it was and doors slamming cars getting slammed with their doors up until about 1:30 closer 2:00. If you should stay at this facility I would recommend that you stay on the even side the numbers not the odd number side which is closer to the gas station. Other than that I would say the staff is very friendly. Just be a reminder of who you used to schedule your stay that they actually pay for the room and not have you standing there for 20 minutes. Wondering what happened to your room and you're having to call who you scheduled your stay through"

"We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past with no issues. well that was not the case this time. We visit Pinehurst NC multiple times a year for doctor’s appointments since we live 1 1/2 to an hour and 45 minutes away, we usually go there the night before and spend the night at the Comfort Inn. My complaints are:  When we drove up there were several people standing in front of the entrance smoking, even though it clearly states “This is a 100% smoke free premises” As we entered our room we noticed the paint peeling off the walls and ceiling. The shower water pressure left a lot to be desired. A rubber band fell out of a “clean” towel when it was unfolded. The noise of people hanging out in the hallway talking very loudly after 10:30pm. Free breakfast- well it was not what we were expecting. They had sausage patties, some round egg things, a few types of yogurt, coffee, it was NOT good and it was not hot! But the attendant was nice. And lastly, as we were standing at the front counter, the lady at the desk was on the phone, she acknowledged me and smiled, this complaint is not about that, as we were standing there, there was another female employee, whom we could not see but we could hear her, she was talking so loud and angry to whomever she was taking to, she was expressing her disbelief and explaining that the person she was talking about was so stupid and she couldn’t understand plain English and didn’t understand why she couldn’t understand/follow simple instructions. This was very unprofessional!! We will not be staying here again nor will we recommend anyone else stay there either."
