"I stayed here for just one night. It's a pretty good hotel. The room is spacious, with both a bath and a shower, which is convenient. Cleanliness is 4/5, not critical. There's a gym (very tired, but you can work out). There's a spa. When I was there, it was completely deserted. Nice pool and jacuzzi. The hotel restaurant is good, with delicious, varied food and relatively affordable prices. Breakfast is also very good, and the breakfast restaurant has a beautiful view of the mountains. Overall, it's definitely a decent option for a few nights, and I liked the value for money."

"We liked the guesthouse, and everything was as described, it was clean. The only thing was the room was smaller than the picture, but it had everything you need. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, thank you for a comfortable stay. The only thing was the lack of space to cook, no microwave. Other than that, everything was good, the location is 10 minutes walk to the old bridge."

"This hotel was absolutely perfect and exceeded my expectations. I doubt there's another place in Mostar that offers such great value for money. It seems like it was recently renovated; the rooms are clean and well-equipped with everything you need (like a fridge and coffee maker). The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely eager to help. The breakfast and the lobby lounge area also have a great atmosphere. It's within walking distance to Stari Most and all the main attractions. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!!"

"We were upgraded to a lovely apartment at Villa Fortuna which was lovely and comfortable and very well equipped. It is very close to the old town and The bridge where there are lots of restaurants. We had a lovely welcome and our host was very friendly, helpful and informative. The breakfast was really nice with lots of options and excellent coffee! We only had 2 nights here but it was really lovely."

"I arrived by train in the morning, and the hotel was able to store my luggage before check-in. All the front desk staff were very friendly. My room faced the river and had a balcony with a superb view. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Whenever a dish was running low, it was quickly refilled. The room was generally clean, but there were some hairs on the sheets and also on the floor."

The hosts were an incredibly kind and friendly couple, easy to communicate with! They also paid meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the place was not only clean but also incredibly considerate of guests' needs. They provided a complete set of kitchenware, tableware, slippers, a washing machine, and even a sewing kit, so any needs were met. I felt right at home! The location is conveniently situated between the train station and shopping malls, with a supermarket downstairs. Walking to the old town is perfectly feasible, making it ideal for extended stays! In short, if you're looking for a comfortable "home away from home" feeling while traveling, I highly recommend it!"

"The hotel is within walking distance of the bus station. The room's windows overlooked the wall of a neighboring building with air conditioning units, which were constantly noisy. The coffee machine hadn't been cleaned by previous guests, so I had to clean it myself. Otherwise, everything was quite good: the beds were comfortable, and the towels and linens were clean."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the highway. It is about a 5-minute walk from the ancient streets and bridges of Mostar. The breakfast is rich and delicious, especially the fried chicken and fried eggplant boxes, which are the specialties. The service attitude of the restaurant staff is very good and friendly to us. The family room we booked has a large space and comfortable beds. The only drawback is that it is a bit cold and needs to be covered with a quilt. The view of the hotel is great. You can see the lights of the ancient city at night and overlook the Neretva River Valley during the day. From the clouds and mist in the early morning to the blue sky and white clouds in the morning, the scenery is pleasant! I strongly recommend friends who come to Mostar for free travel to stay here! Very good hotel! "

"We were in Mostar during the off season and the hotel staff Ms Lela was kind enough to upgrade our room since the room we booked was on the top floor and was very small. It would be quite difficult to carry a luggage up the stairs as they did not have any elevators and both my husband and I are over 60 yrs old. The other lady on duty, Ms Elma was also very helpful in helping us to arrange for a taxi in Mostar and transport to Sarajevo. The location was near the old town..easy access to walk to the old bridge. Near a big supermarket . I would recommend Sinan Han . They are scheduled for some upgrading works and additional rooms so maybe there would be a elevator installed for easy access to the rooms."

"Lovely little hotel close to the Old Town. The room was basic but comfortable and clean. We had a great view from our balcony. Off street parking made arriving and checking in easy. We didn't really use the outdoor space but it looked lovely and there is an honesty bar. The staff were super accomodating and friendly so we felt right at home. Breakfast was delicious and really set us up for the day. Overall, a fantastic place to stay when visiting Mostar."
