Hotel Mountain view di Interlaken

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Merkur, and I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and ensured my check-in process was quick and seamless. The hotel lobby was inviting and beautifully decorated, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. My room was absolutely fantastic – spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom was spotless, and I loved the toiletries provided. The hotel’s location was perfect, situated close to the interlaken west station and local shops, making it easy to explore the area. I also enjoyed the morning breakfast in the restaurant, and the food exceeded my expectations – delicious, fresh, and served with excellent service. Overall, I had a truly memorable stay at hotel Merkur, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and high-quality hotel experience. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip!

Hotel was located conveniently near the station, just a 10min walk from Interlaken West. Plenty of shops and amenities in the area as well. Even our paragliding activity was located a stone’s throw away so that was extra convenient for us. Service by the staff was excellent too. And there is also the cutest cat in the garden house!

Spacious room, delicious breakfast, convenient location near Interlaken West train station….they also provide complementary bottled water and fruits for hotel guests…..highly recommended

這家酒店整體來説還不錯，位置非常便利，靠近市中心，周圍有很多餐廳和購物區。房間寬敞，設施齊全，床鋪舒適，適合長時間住宿。雖然有些地方略顯陳舊，但整體乾淨整潔。酒店的服務也很到位，前台人員熱情，辦理入住和退房的過程都很高效。

Thank you Mr Jean-Louis for your generosity and hospitality! It’s nice meeting you in person. Hotel Rossli is clean and comfy, located strategically close to train and bus stops. They also give to us Visitors Card through our stay (doesn’t need further validation, but just hop on and hop off the public transport within the inclusive area which was explained clearly to us during check in) which even covers the public transport to visit St Beatus Waterfall and Isewald for “Steg Crash Landing on You” viewpoint and Brienzersee Lakewalk, The location also made it easy for us to travel to both Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald. Can’t believe we could manage to visit so many places with just a 2 nights stay. The hotel is also within walking distance to nearby grocery stores. Last but not least, the hotel also provides common/shared kitchen with microwave oven and unlimited coffee and teas! And there are many many TV channels, even more TV channels than usual 4 or 5 stars hotels. All in all, highly recommend. Would come back and stay again 😊

ที่พักอยู่ใกล้สถานี interlaken ost แต่รถประจำทางมีค่อนข้างน้อย ไม่ถี่ ถ้านั่งรถประจำทางมา จะลงข้างหน้าโรงแรมเลย สามารถเดินไปสถานีรถไฟ interlaken ost เองได้ แต่บริเวณโรงแรมจะไม่มีที่เที่ยว หรือร้านค้า ต้องซื้อมาจากสถานีรถไฟเลย อาหารเช้าเหมือนเดิมทุกวัน ทานได้ ครัวซองค์อร่อย

Lokasinya sangat bagus, anda boleh turun dari kereta api dan sampai ke hotel dalam masa 10 saat sahaja. ^^ Bilik bersih dan dalam keadaan baik. Sarapan paginya sangat baik, dan terdapat banyak kedai cenderamata, kedai serbaneka dan restoran berdekatan, menjadikannya mudah untuk bersiar-siar. Anda boleh menaiki bas dan kereta api ke Stesen Dong betul-betul di sebelah hotel. Kakitangannya ramah, dan makanan di restoran di tingkat pertama adalah lazat. ^^ Satu-satunya kelemahan kecil ialah tiada peti sejuk di dalam bilik, tetapi ia adalah hotel yang hebat yang saya anggap sebagai kelemahan kecil.

Hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful! The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable with 2 sinks ! The room service was great! It was always kept up to date and cleaned! I would definitely recommend, it’s 10 mins walk away from the Interlaken OST, coop supermarket, 10 minutes walk from Interlaken central cut across to eatery places (like Chinese, Indian, western cuisine, and even macdonalds ) ! Hotel view was wonderful too!

The apartment has beautiful mountain views from two sides, offering a lovely experience of Interlaken. The breakfast options are limited, but overall the quality is good. The restaurant staff are very helpful, and the reception staff are extremely friendly and supportive. Special thanks to Christian and Hadeer — their warm welcome made us feel comfortable from the very beginning, and because of them we decided to book this hotel. Their kindness and the smiles they gave us every time we met truly touched our hearts. Overall, we had a pleasant and memorable stay.
