超級滿意這次定的套間房，床品一流，床超級大，睡起來很舒適，房間風格温馨別緻舒適愜意，拍出好多美照，配套設施齊全完善，特別提一下他家的飯食，春筍燉雞、竹毛肚炒菜等都很好吃，早餐的各種湯麪、燃麪、黃粑都很美味，還有隨時可以免費提供的竹葉清茶，無論是在房間還是在小院都可以隨意落座飲茶。主人和裏面的小妹都非常熱情周到，棲竹民宿值得再來！

景區裏，山上植被特別茂密，所以日落後户外有一種飛蟲，不過進到室內就沒有了，而且據説也不咬人，小朋友們去打，伸手一碰它們就掉地上了，沒什麼戰鬥力。晚上關嚴窗户點了電蚊香，長者小孩都安然入睡。晚餐有各種竹類菜單，價格跟整個景區都差不多，畢竟是山珍，比家常菜還是要貴的。酒店門口的路上種了很多月季，現在有很多花苞，可能下個月就盛開了。吃完早餐可以按照老闆的指引自己去挖筍，竹筍是這個季節竹海最可愛的風景。山上空氣真好。

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Shunan Zhuhai Xiuzhu Pingzhuang Residence for one night, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the owners, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their hospitality was truly exceptional—they were always ready to help with anything I needed, whether it was providing local recommendations or ensuring my stay was as seamless as possible. The residence itself is charming and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. What truly stood out, though, was the genuine care and attention from the owners. They made me feel like a valued guest, and their positive energy added so much to my stay. I highly recommend Shunan Zhuhai Xiuzhu Pingzhuang Residence to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I’m already looking forward to returning in the future!

房間不錯，老闆多對的，還給我們升級了，房間很漂亮，床墊很舒服，有小陽台，看出去就是風景，住着很舒服，我們晚上八點多才回去都有全竹宴，我們到了高鐵站去吃了飯，老闆幫忙喊的車子來接的，很方便，那個師傅人也多對的！我們住在七彩瀑布旁邊，下午四點多到的，就走路去玩了，錯峯出行，人不多，瀑布很有意思，最好不要一個人去哦！我們後面耍到幾乎沒啥人了！

假日前安排家人旅遊去了蜀南竹海，朋友介紹入住這個酒店，老闆提前聯繫去景區大門接，入住後如宣傳一樣沒有誇大虛假，酒店環境不錯，房間雖不能堪比大酒店，但設施和用品一樣不少，床品乾淨衞生，老闆看家人年歲大怕因為下雨夜晚潮濕陰冷，貼心升級了房間，早餐和正餐都儘量按家人口味安排了，還細心介紹了遊玩攻略，行程結束老闆看家人年歲較大，又貼心將家人免費送到高鐵站，家人非常滿意。

Perfect hotel for foreigners who do not speak Chinese. The host Wang was very helpfull. He used a translate app to communicatie with us in English. The food is very Good. Ask for no spicy :ba la.

這個小民宿有點驚喜！衞生方面:房間乾淨整潔！床頭、櫃子、桌子等基本沒有灰塵，看得出來打掃很到位！衞生間也乾淨，花灑噴頭看起來也乾淨，並沒有水漬水銹！地板也挺乾淨的！床品也是乾淨的！衞生方面可以放心了！空調出風小，清一下濾芯就好了！老闆娘，濾芯我給你清洗過了！地理位置:離忘憂谷很近，步行10分鐘差不多吧，我是開車有的，幾百米就到忘憂谷停車場了！整體環境比較温馨，有種回家的感覺！院子裏有幾個小亭子，可以用餐，民宿自有廚房，有全竹宴，也可有家常菜，早餐就是麪條。晚上還可以在院子裏唱歌，還有麻將機可以用！就是隔音差一點，有聚會的就很吵！老闆娘人很好，給推薦旅遊路線！以後有機會可以多住幾天，慢慢感受下竹海的閒情逸緻

Absolute services. Provide guidance and recommendation for route to take, where to goi and what to eat based on my preference. I have a vague idea of what to do but they provide concrete step to achieve it. Fully enjoyed my 5 days stay, immersed in the local life. The room is clean and well kept and the staff very obliging.

The hotel is well located right in the middle of the Bamboo forest. The family that owns it is a great team. As a solo foreigner without a car it's difficult to understand how to explore the scenic area. The son was really informative, very patient and helpful and recommended itineraries for each day. He also explained transport to arrive at the hotel and at my next destination. The mother cooks tasty food with bamboo specialties. The father offers a transport service to take you to the different scenic area points and that was also very helpful. I recommend staying 2 days to appreciate the whole scenic area, and I recommend staying in this hotel. Thank you for helping me during my stay!

民宿周邊環境優美，房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，設施新而齊全，老闆娘熱情周到，不僅提供詳盡的旅行攻略，還貼心推薦了當地特色美食。交通也便利，性價比超高的。特別是晚上，院子裏特涼快，在院子裏乘涼還需穿一件外套才行。
