"The hotel is located next to Highway 32, which is very convenient. The environment is very good and quiet. The room is very large and clean. The only drawback is that room 13 on the upper level is occupied by a ** man who leaves the door open and takes off his clothes in front of passers-by."

"Room extremely average, very bad smell in the room that smelt like urine, which I tracked to the air-conditioning . Took the filters out which were absolutely filthy and had so much dirty and fluff in them they looked more like felt. Our them in the shower and washed them but still couldn't get rid of the smell Carpet was old and dirty bed not at all comfortable. Certainly would not recommend this place to anyone. Got my company to book me into another place the following night "

Breakfast is delicious with tasty, fresh options and afternoon tea is not to be missed. We also had an evening meal on the Saturday night which was five stars. Mudgee Homestead is a fantastic choice for a peaceful break or to explore the Mudgee area. You'll love the comfort, beauty, and welcoming hosts. Our only complaint was only having one slice of Karen’s apple pie which was delicious! We hope to return soon."
