Room and bathroom small but clean and with everything you need. Separate toilet, as in the French habit. Quite area, quick enough to reach the city center (the wonderful Stanislas square!) by foot, passing by the even nearer train station. Easy enough to find parking nearby at reasonable price, free on Sundays."

I contacted both Ctrip and the hotel multiple times by phone and email. Ctrip actively mediated, but the hotel refused to cancel my booking free of charge and charged me the full amount for one night's accommodation. I personally do not recommend booking this hotel."

"It was quite close to the center and the parking was a good plus.The room was clean and had everything you could need although there wasn’t a fridge.The check in/out process was very easy and fast.There is only the fact that there isn’t a lift so if your room is on the 2nd floor and you have heavy luggages its quite hard to get up the spiral staricase."

"The room was clean, but the beds were small. It was okay for one night. It was noisy in the evening; people were sitting downstairs in the breakfast room (some rooms surround the breakfast room) chatting, and you could clearly hear them even though they weren't being loud. I was unlucky enough to find there was no Wi-Fi; it was broken. Breakfast is supposed to cost nine euros, but I had the misfortune of finding the coffee machine broken. The staff were generally friendly. Don't rely on the pictures on the website; they're nicer than reality. Everything is showing its age. However, the price is certainly very good."

"It's only few minutes walk to the Cathedrale then Place Stanislas. We are happy with the hotel and the breakfast. The only complain is the paper-thin towels and no hand towels the hotel provides, that has nothing to do with green environment etc, e.g. the paper cups that I cannot complain."

"Stayed here for one night enroute to the south of France from Germany. The hotel was easy to find, the carpark though due to construction was a nightmare to find but it is only a short walk from the hotel. The room was nice if a little on the small size and the breakfast was pleasant enough with everything that we like. To walk to the centre of town takes less than 30 minutes with the train station even closer. Te hotel was very clean and quiet in our opinion and I would stay here again if passing Nancy."
