There is no reception (12 to 14h30 I think) meaning if your arrival is in this time, which was the case for us, be prepared to spend hours in the streets with your luggage! not a pleasant way to start the trip, specially on a +30 degrees or a rainy day!"

I contacted both Ctrip and the hotel multiple times by phone and email. Ctrip actively mediated, but the hotel refused to cancel my booking free of charge and charged me the full amount for one night's accommodation. I personally do not recommend booking this hotel."
