Having paid £109 for the room and an additional £5 for parking I was expecting something a bit better than what we got. The staff on reception were lovely and very friendly, but the room was a bit tired and cold. We stayed in room 401, which was an end room on the 4th floor, which on first inspection seemed very nice. However, it soon became apparent that the air conditioning unit didn’t work, the windows were both broken so they couldn’t be opened and were leaking, the one radiator in the room was rusty and ineffective and there was signs of damp on the ceiling. I think for the price of the room these issues should have been fixed before we arrived. Had the price been lower I wouldn’t have minded but if you’re charging more than other places I think the standard should be higher.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel, arrived late evening and the receptionist on duty was very welcoming, gave us all info about location and car parking, on entry to our room we were impressed at how welcoming it felt, perfect room temperature and very clean. Slept well with no noise to disturb us. I’d happily stay here again

ibis is very character in its great breakfast and quick check in and out. the fresh off baked beans, croissant, scrambled eggs and commendable coffee. you can find all your needs met in one place.

I arrived early and they allowed me to check-in my room 2 hours earlier. It's a kind gesture that helped me a lot. It's located 5 minutes walk away from the city center where the banks and big shops are located.

Firstly I want to say. Sarah the manager was utterly brilliant so friendly and made our stay, we had booked here for date night, as hotel was cheap, room was lovely and clean, with a great view from the 6th floor. We are at the hotel and had drinks in happy hour - exceptional value, all staff were great while we ate and drank, we slept well no noise issues at all, can’t wait to come back.

Morgans Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are amazing, & nothing is too.much trouble for them. Our room was large, well - appointed & had a very comfortable super king - sized bed. Breakfasts are freshly cooked to order, & the range of food available for evening meals is of excellent quality. Parking is directly opposite the hotel, is secure, & has 2 EV charge points. As a base for exploring Swansea & the Gower Peninsula, Morgans Hotel is a delight & well worth a visit.

Tried a hostel for the first time. Fabulous experience. The private double room was just like a normal room in a basic hotel. Everything was very clean. Also they got a very nice mirror in bath room. Would like to stay here again if I come back to Swansea one day.

It is located outside the city center so it's more suitable for guests with cars. There are plenty of car parks outside the hotel. I didn't drive and had to either take a walk or the bus to the city center. It's a 20 minute walk along the promenade of Harbour Tennant to the restaurants and pubs at Wind Street. The city center was only another 10 minutes away. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd have no hesitation to stay in there again.

Great spot in Swansea and very clean! Easy to get to places and helpful staff!
