Harga ★★★★☆ Pengangkutan ★★★★☆ Kebersihan ★★☆☆☆ Saya menginap di tingkat 8 selama 3 malam. Di tingkat 8 dan 9, hanya terdapat satu tandas berkongsi (tandas + pancuran) untuk wanita. Terdapat hanya tiga bilik pancuran mandian di bilik pancuran mandian, dan kepala pancuran mandian yang pecah tidak dibaiki walaupun selepas beberapa hari, jadi ia tidak mencukupi untuk menggunakannya. I had an 1 night enjoyable stay. The front desk was very pleasant and got us settled in right away. The elevators go directly to your floor which was nice. The room was clean, and nice decor. The room was small , but i didn't mind. The bed was comfortable and plenty of soft pillows. I really liked the shampoo products that were in the shower. The toilet and the shower were seperated by a sliding door that did not go to the ceiling. You can defineltly hear the person in using the toilet. The shower had a tinted glass, but the the body silluette could be seen for sure. I was with my husband , so I didnt mind as much with this privacy issue, butI would have preferred a bathroom with a full door to the ceiling. for added privacy. A girl has to leave her private bathroom matters to her guy's.imagination. All in all is was a nice stay... walking distance to everything. Check out was easy and staff was very nice. would surely stay there agian.

Is This Hotel Still in Business? Did It Close Because Website Not Working and is No Longer Listed on Wyndham website or the Trademark website either! Phone number did not get through. Just wondering because I prepaid a booking 2 months ago for August 31.

It is the first time that we find a hotel room where the TV is bigger than the closet. Perhaps the hotel's policy is to set up the rooms differently depending on the season: large TV and small wardrobe during the warm season and small TV and large wardrobe during the winter season? Amazing! Considering that the space in the closet is only 23 inches (60cm) the suitcases cannot be emptied and must find a place around the bed in order to be opened. The positive consequence is that moving around the room helps to learn the Sirtaki dance steps: 4 steps on the side and two steps forward. The size of the bathroom is inconsistent with that of the room. The bathroom, in fact, is surprisingly large. The drains, on the other hand, are consistent with the narrowness of the room, in fact as soon as we arrived in the room we found the drains clogged (promptly purged by the hotel's ”specialist technician”). The air conditioning, turned on by default, reminds us of a subway station: the same movement of air and above all the same noise when the subway cars arrive. The same ”specialised technician” then intervened to activate the futuristic air conditioning control unit where, by going through labyrinthine menus, submenus and sub-submenus, in the end he was able to access the on/off disclaimer. Unfortunately the instruction manual for this control unit is not available in the room consequently we have replaced that bizarre electronic panel with that archaic tool called ”window” where with a marvelous handle one is able to change the air in the room. The operation of this tool is friendly enough that it does not need an instruction manual. The room is also equipped with a large screen through which at night you can watch the silhouette puppet show. The screen is the dividing wall between the bedroom and the bathroom built in opaque glass. It is enough to go to the bathroom and turn on the light, whoever is on the bed can enjoy the exhibition, free of charge. The restaurant is quite good and the prices are ok.

Friday June 28, 2024 Check-in was suppose to be at 4 pm. I tried to check in at 3pm but was told room was not ready. Totally understand that. I went to TED’s bar and restaurant (in lobby) to wait it out. I got into line about 4:15pm and I saw that they were turning ppl away who were trying to checkin. When I got to the counter, they too told me my room was not ready. I said that I had to get to an event within the 1.25 min and the associate confidently said that I would be able to checkin well advance within that time. In the meantime, I went to the lobby bathroom to change to get ready for an event. By the time I came out of the bathroom 4:55, my husband had checked us in (with pushback because he wasn’t the one who had not made the original reservation). In our bathroom floor, several strands of hair noted, some wall stains (wipeable) under the hand soap and lotion dispenser, and shower did t look like it was wipe down well. Bed linens were clean, comfy. Desk area clean. Busy hotel. Ted’s hotel-slow service with a 1-2 attendants.
