We really enjoyed our stay at the Ned. Loved the elegant, spacious design of the room and comfortable beds. We asked for tea making facilities which were immediately provided and appreciated the tea pot and pretty cups. The position is great - within walking distance to many restaurants. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good too. The only small ****** were no drawers to put anything - not everything can be hung! The water pressure in the showers could do with improving but all in all a very nice stay.

Great hotel and excellent staff and views. Everything is very new and fresh. Good restaurant and bar options and nice views of NYC. Perhaps the best views in the city. Every room faces a good view. Also, love the interior decor and bar scene in the evening.

This was my first stay at the Royalton. It is conveniently right down the street from our NYC office and my new ”go-to” hotel when I'm in town. The hotel is clean, has a great vibe, and I absolutely loved the room! Bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a large sink and a SOAKER TUB!! The rooftop bar has a great vibe and good food. The service at the rooftop was a little slow, but it was VERY BUSY! We felt the love and enjoyed it very much.

定了閣樓套房Loft Suit三晚，非常驚艷！地理位置優越（樓下公園里就是第一家shake shack），附近好的餐廳都可以走路到。房型方方正正，電器設施齊全。大廳checkin等待的時候就遞上飲品，電梯分流非常人性化設計（因為不太喜歡和陌生人共用電梯）。床品和浴袍質感實在是太舒服了！住的25樓，兩邊的窗一邊能直接看到帝國大廈，另一側能看到天際線的日落美景。room service也很棒，唯一不足的是電話接聽較慢（基本要到三次才接）。我們是凌晨五點checkout的，服務員都熱情幫我們拿行李送上車。非常舒服的體驗，綜合感覺比時代廣場的edition各方面都好太多了，已經預定後面幾天的房間，還住這裏。

Très bon séjour. La chambre est correcte propre contenant une cafetière et un mini bar ou nous avions des bouteilles d eau tous les jours. Proche de plusieurs station de métro idéal pour se déplacer. Quartier agréable et peu bruyant. Le rooftop est très sympa même en hiver la vue donne sur l Empire state building bien sur le bar est fermé mais on peut contempler la vue. Merci au personnel très professionnel et agréable. Nous n avons pas tester les petits déjeuner. Nous sommes des globes trotter et je recommande cette hôtel pour un séjour.

Nice location, you can walk in the heart of NYC and be at the hotel in a couple minutes. The breakfast really surprises me, I wasn’t expecting the amount of food and the selection we had. Very friendly service provided by staff in all areas! Freddy was excellent over the phone and upon arrival and was able to help me get checked in early, which was well needed after spending the day prior at the Eras Tour in Metlife! The housekeeper on the third floor helped me roll my heavy luggage as he saw I was struggling a bit getting it through the carpet, the bartenders were sweet and made me the most delicious drink for me to end the day with after exploring the city, the bell staff was timely with retrieving my luggage, and the front desk team were extremely friendly and always smiley! The large room itself was well designed with lots of character and accents that set it apart from other hotels. The two things that I believe would have elevated my stay are both personal and silly problems: the shower was confusing to manage and there were no painkillers available on property while I was having annoying cramps at night. I always find managing showers to be a hot (or ridiculously cold) mess, but this one specifically had two different levers and a knob so I had to mess with it to figure out which thing controlled what part of the shower! And for the painkillers, I completely understand there being reasons to not having them be readily available at the front desk! Overall, it was a lovely experience and located in a central area with loads of different places to eat and walk around it!

Excellent staff, very helpful the entire stay (reception, facilities service, house keeping, with a special shout-out to Khaoula). Perfect location, in a great neighborhood, with easy subway excess and great food options all around. Great rooms, we had the quietest stay with best sleep here in NY (compared to 5 other hotels during our trip). After checkout, the staff continued to be just perfect hosts, storing luggage until the end of the day and allowing us to freshen up, have a coffee and wait for our taxi (arranged by hotel). Thank you.

They don't provide a working phone number as it is disconnected most of the time, so contacting the reception is impossible. I booked through a third party, free cancellation but you pay in advance. No refund, they say they will process a refund but they never do. After a long process of trying to get a refund I get a reply from the third party stating: That the hotel refuses to handle refunds and customer has to accept the loss of their pre payed amount that has been charged. They can write a standard comment that is apologetic and sincere, but it won't get you a refund until proven wrong.
