"It was all good other then,... Even though I booked and paid for the motel. They would not give me the key to the second room as I had indicated my son's name on it, during booking. So when he showed up 2 hours later I had to pay another 100 damage deposit. Seemed rather interesting. I paid for it thru travel.com, why they didnt take the damage deposit right when I got there as I had booked the rooms for my family. Everything else was good."

"I got a room that didn’t have a working Air Conditioner.  I called them up to ask why my room was burning hot and they said that the control is out of order and they didn’t have anybody to help get it fixed. I was here for a meeting and I left by 8 in the morning. I kept dozing off in between the meeting because my sleep was jeopardised last night. Thanks to the hotel. I so wanna sue them for doing this to me"
