"1-Star Review – Extremely Poor Experience, Poor Hygiene and Unprofessional Management I stayed at this hotel yesterday for only around 7 hours, and unfortunately, even for such a short stay, the experience was extremely disappointing. Given the rates charged by the hotel, the level of service, hygiene and management was nowhere close to what a guest should reasonably expect. The biggest concern was the hygiene and cleanliness of the room. I found a large number of worm/insect-like larvae in the room, as clearly visible in the attached photographs. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel and raises serious concerns about basic housekeeping and hygiene standards. There were several other issues: No proper way to contact reception: An intercom was provided in the room, but there was no number/instruction indicating which button or number should be used to contact reception. A basic facility such as contacting the front desk should be clearly explained. Wi-Fi was not working: When this was raised with the management, instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was told that Wi-Fi does not fall under the hotel's mandatory services. This was a rather surprising response for a hotel charging the rates it does. Questionable approach to housekeeping: I was also told that cleaning is not a mandatory service. This is particularly difficult to understand when the hotel is charging guests for accommodation and presenting various facilities as part of its services. Poorly handled customer communication: Rather than acknowledging the problems and trying to resolve them, the management's responses were defensive and, at times, illogical. One staff member even used his background as a mechanical engineer to claim knowledge of how telecom/Wi-Fi systems work, despite the discussion being about why the hotel's Wi-Fi service was not functioning. The argument was irrelevant to the actual customer complaint and did nothing to resolve the problem. Unprofessional staff and management: The overall interaction suggested a lack of basic hospitality and customer-service orientation. Instead of listening to the guest and resolving genuine concerns, the emphasis seemed to be on explaining why the hotel was not responsible for the problems. What is particularly disappointing is the mismatch between the price being charged and the standard of service being delivered. Guests should not have to argue with management about whether basic cleanliness, functioning facilities and reasonable assistance constitute "services." I have stayed in many hotels, and I understand that occasional technical problems can happen. The real issue here is how the hotel responds to those problems. In this case, the hygiene issue was serious, the Wi-Fi was unavailable, there was inadequate information for contacting reception, and the management's response was largely dismissive rather than solution-oriented. Poor hygiene. Poor service. Poor customer handling. Poor management. High rates. I w"

Hotel Lemon Suites & Banquet Noida Sector 62

"On of the worst experience you can have to book this hotel. I went to hotel and after seeing the rooms which completely untidy, there were stains on the bedsheets, pillow, walls and washroom. It was so unhygenic - that i have decided to not stay there and requested for cancellation but Hotel was not ready to refund or cancel the booking which again loose of trust and hope from the customer side. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit or book this property. They are ****** and scammaers, whatever they are showing ln the website it's nkt like that. Uploading videos and photos for reference."

Bloom Hotel - Sector 62

"Bloom is such a nice hotel. I have stayed in other hotels in sector 62 but this kind of freshness and cleanliness I have not seen in other hotel. White and yellow theme gives a good and light feel. They got free tea and coffee on floors they don't provide tea coffee kettle in room. Water you have to refill from water stations which feels bit awkward but to save environment plastic free this is good as well."
