"We returned after discovering Hotel Peter last July. All I'd add is that as a family we enjoyed our second stay even more! As soon as we arrived by car it felt like our mountain home from home. There is a lot of detail in my review in July 2025 so I won't restate that here. Just to say that this year we found the pool temperature to be perfect and made far greater use of the pool and spa. My heartfelt congratulations to the HP team for continuing such a high level of excellence and maintaing such a warm friendly atmosphere. We are already planning our next visit in 2027."

"We had a lovely time in this hotel last January and decided to book another week in March 2026. Unfortunately the experience was not as good. Nina seems to be in a rush all the time and has very little time/attention for her guests (giving out incorrect walking information on several occasions). The evening meals were good but twice we had some fried food (chicken and cordon bleu), but overall fine. When I booked the hotel, we were told that the hotel bus would pick up / drop us off at Bolzano train station. However, on the day of our departure Nina told us that the bus always takes the guests at 8.45am to the station (we had asked for 9.15am to catch the 10 o'clock train) but that we could also take the bus adding that it is a 5 min walk from the bus station to the train station (we only had 10 minutes between arrival of bus and departure of train and did not feel comfortable that this would be enough time to walk with 2 heavy suit cases from the bus station to the train station). In the end her mother took us at 8.45 to the train station explaining that the family had to go to church at 10.00 because of a special event with the children. It is a pity that Nina did not explain this, we would have understood. Now we left with a very bad feeling after what has been a lovely week in the Rosengarten Latemar region."

"What an enjoyable experience! We went for a relaxing ski vacation with good food and comfortable beds and that’s what we got and more. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the rooms were maintained spotlessly, the food was always delicious. I really enjoyed the pools and the spa, although sometimes I admit I was too tired to take advantage of it all. And it really IS right at a wonderfully interesting ski resort."

"The staff around Kordula at family-run My Daum is simply exceptional. They are always available, ready to respond and solve every request. What first impressed us was the amazing selection of fresh fruits, dates, quality tea, juices, etc. that are available all day in the lobby. The next moment of impression followed when we entered our apartment: its interior design melts local and natural ascents with modern design. Floor-to-ceiling windows give you a great view at the breathtaking sunsets and sunrises, which you can also enjoy from the balcony that is also furnished with quality pieces of furniture. I also enjoyed the swimming pool a lot, with an amazing view, pleasant 31C water temperature and a length that is suitable for some swimming. Even though it only opens "officially" in the afternoon, the staff opened it for me every morning for a pre-breakfast swim. Talking of breakfast: it was one of the most amazing breakfast buffets we've ever had. Quality and healthy ingredients, and every wish fulfilled by the staff."

"What an absolute GEM of a property! This cosy 4.5 star hotel nestled in the Dolomites was the best find in our Italian trip. It has such a great vibe with all staff going above and beyond to assist in any way possible. Our room was excellent - large, clean and comfortable with gorgeous views to the Mountains. The hotel is ''Alpine" styled which works in so well with the environment. They have complimentary drinks & nibbles on a Monday and also offer a highly experienced guide to take guests for hikes in the local mountain area. There is a great terrace overlooking the district and inside you can choose from many quiet nooks to read or enjoy a drink. The breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from. Al a carte dinner menu was limited but delicious and had something for everyone to choose from. Set menus are also available which we did not try but looked fabulous. In terms of getting to the hotel, we had a car so it was easy to locate with plenty of parking. Unsure what the transport options would be for non-driving guests. Only regret is that we didn't book to stay longer. There are Spa and wellness options too which would have been good to take advantage of. We will definitely come here again - Summer or Winter this hotel ticks all the boxes."

"Our stay at Wellness & Vital Hotel Erica was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the service and staff were exceptional. Our rooms were tucked at the back of the resort in a peaceful, scenic setting that was wonderfully quiet at night. Everything was spotless and had the cozy charm of an Alpine villa, combined with all the modern comforts. Petra and the front desk team (Felix and Kathrin), Peter at the bar, and Simon in the dining room all went above and beyond to help our little group plan day trips and explore the region. The spa was absolutely spectacular. We loved moving between the different areas, from the refreshing ice room to the warm sun lamp room to the calm, tranquil spaces made for pure relaxation. Our treatments at the Wellness Spa were also outstanding, especially the care and expertise from JoHannah. Be sure to sign up for the inclusive package and take advantage of the breakfast and dinner, the menu is spectacular and tailored to every palate imaginable. The hotel’s location in the Dolomites is perfect for outdoor adventures year-round, whether you’re hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter, or enjoying everything in between.
