"The Grand Hotel Odense is a very nice hostorical location to stay. All keeps the flair of a grand classical location with the charm of the golden 19th century. Even the elevator looks like from this period! However, you do not miss anything if you stay there. The room bar is free of charge, which completes the grand flair! We loved to stay there! It was a pity the restaurant was not operating during our stay. However, the breakfast was great! It’s a great location to visit the Anderson museum!"

"Not recommended! This hotel is unfortunately not at all recommendable. The bathroom had been coated with a strong-smelling, orange paint, the fumes from which are not only extremely unpleasant but, in our opinion, also a health hazard. Furthermore, the beds were so uncomfortable that a restful night's sleep was virtually impossible. In our view, this hotel should be avoided at all costs due to the potential health risks and the lack of comfort."

"We had a lovely spacious apartment at the back of the main house. The kitchen was well equipped as was the bathroom. It was very comfortable also. Location wise it was 5 minutes or less of a drive into the centre. I was with elderly family members so did not attempt to walk it so am unsure how long that takes. I would definitely stay here again if visiting."

"Located in the middle of Odense town, very easy to find. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. Breakfast is nice with many sweet items, but warm food was limited to eggs and sausages. The sound proof is weak and I was annoyed by the street noise even after midnight, when motor gangs passed by the hotel with huge buzzing sound."
