"The apartment was very clean, everything was perfect and well equipped. The hostess was excellent she welcomed me with a Lyutenitsa house (Bulgarian speciality based on grilled peppers, tomatoes, oats and peppers), fresh bread and limonade – a delicious and typical local beverage, Thank you for this authentic touch ! a careful gesture that immediately made me comfortable. The area is very quiet, ideal for rest after a long day, and everything is near: shops, local market 1 minute, and a mosque nearby for daily prayers. I recommend this cozy apartment in the city centre, perfect for a short or long stay . Host at top, thank you for everything! I will come back with pleasure."

"⚠️ Think Twice Before Using the Hotel Laundry Service Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay at Panorama Hotel. The staff at the reception, as well as in the restaurant and the bar, were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. They were truly wonderful ladies who made our stay even more enjoyable! Our Deluxe room was also excellent – clean, comfortable, and exactly what we had hoped for. The only thing that left us very disappointed was the laundry service. I ended up paying around €80 for one bag of laundry. To be fair, the lady at the reception did warn me that the service was expensive and even advised me to scan the QR code to check the prices. Unfortunately, I didn't do that. We had just arrived after a very difficult journey from Nessebar to Varna. My children were hungry, feeling extremely nauseous, and we had to go out immediately. On top of that, they had run out of clean socks and underwear. I simply didn't have the time to check the prices. And honestly, I never imagined they could be that high. I thought, "Okay, it will probably be expensive. Maybe around €25, which is already a lot for laundry." But €80? I never expected that. So I would like to warn future guests: if you decide to use the laundry service, make sure you check the prices beforehand. You are charged per individual item, not per bag, which can result in a very unpleasant surprise."
