Hotel berhampiran SUNDRUG(Tenma Station Store), Osaka

オープンした当初から気になって居たのですが、なかなか機会が無く、やっと宿泊しました。 今回は朝食付き２泊で利用しました。 部屋は、よく利用しているビジネスホテルに比べ、広く感じました。 デスクにテレビが置かれて居ないのは良かったです。 電子レンジがデスクに置かれて居ましたが、テレビに比べれば小さいですし、箱なので無駄な空間は無いし、部屋に有れば便利な物なので、良かったです。 部屋の清掃状態ですが、不快に感じる点は特に有りませんでした。 ユニットバスですが、壁に木目パネルの部分が有り、のっぺりとした印象が多いユニットバス内が随分好印象になります。 冷蔵庫はペルチェ式では無い物なので、若干音は大きいですが、しっかりと冷えます。 ナイトウエアは、浴衣では無い物でした。浴衣だと寝相が悪いのか、どうしても朝はだけでしまっている事が多いので、私にとっては良かったです。 空調は完全個別空調になって居ました。 また空気加湿清浄機も宿泊した部屋には設置されて居ました。 14階のお風呂ですが、露天は３人、内湯のバブルバスは５人、炭酸泉は２人入れる位の大きさで、洗い場は4つでした。 お風呂、脱衣所共に綺麗な状態でした。 朝食ですが、ビジネスホテルに良くあるお惣菜類で、ごく普通な感じの朝食でした。 部屋の清掃状態、部屋の広さ、ユニットバス意外のお風呂が有って、この値段と考えると、評価は良いと思われます。

Enjoyed my stay here. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodated early luggage storage. Convenient to Osaka's hotspots, with a station and Family Mart within 5 minutes. I'd definitely return on my next visit

I stayed here for one night. My experience overall was fantastic. Their fascilities are great. Being in the capsules felt like I was in some kind of a science fiction movie. As for the indoor onsens. They were great. I will most likely stay here again. Absolutely recommend Capsule Inn Osaka to everyone. Absolutely worth it.

The Imperial is a classic 5 🌟 hotel with all the services amenities we expect with this degree of pedigree. Make no mistake this is a classic hotel with mid-century modern, classic and art deco all present within the interior and architecture and if you like modern rooms, hip nightlife or trendy haute cuisine this is not thplace for you. Yet nothing feels old or run down- All the rooms are emaculate and the sheets are changed several times a day with a option to have the staff set your bed up for the evening per request. The hotel resturant, especially Nadman and Kyubei are world renowned and readily avaliable, as is the Old Imperial Bar which is one of the most beatiful bars in Japan. Trends will come and go, but if you want to experience class and timeless luxury, Imperial should be your choice.

My husband and I opted for an overnight stay at this hotel due to its convenient proximity to the American Embassy, where we had a visa interview scheduled for the next day. As a practical and well-equipped business hotel, it offered all the essential amenities. The staff displayed exceptional kindness and patience, with fluent English spoken by at least the check-in personnel. One highlight worth mentioning is the delightful breakfast experience. For the breakfast menu, one could choose to have a Japanese and Western style. 😄

We got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.

Saya pergi ke Jepun selama 8 hari dan menginap di sini selama 4 malam. Ia sangat mudah dan kemudahan hotel juga sangat canggih. Lokasi: Cemerlang. Dari Lapangan Terbang Kansai, anda boleh mengambil Haruka ke Stesen Tennoji, yang hanya 5 perhentian dari Stesen Tennoji di Laluan Tananicho. Hotel ini terletak hanya 2 hentian dari Umeda, dan ia juga sangat mudah untuk pergi ke Shinsaibashi. Hotel ini secara menyerong bertentangan dengan stesen kereta api bawah tanah, di sebelah kanan di seberang jalan dari stesen kereta api bawah tanah. Hotel ini berjarak 15 minit berjalan kaki dari Istana Osaka, sangat dekat, cuma ikut peta Google. Kemudahan dan perkhidmatan: Sikap perkhidmatan sangat baik Kami tidak menemui meja depan berbahasa Cina, tetapi bahasa Inggeris tidak menjadi masalah. Apatah lagi dengan kekurangan perkhidmatan, anda boleh mendaftar masuk dan mendaftar keluar sendiri. Jika anda tidak boleh mengendalikannya sendiri, meja depan bersedia membantu pada hari kami pergi, jadi kami meminjam kereta sorong hotel dan payung. Kami pergi ke Kyoto dan Kobe selama tiga hari dan terus menyimpan bagasi besar kami di hotel kerana kami akan tinggal di sini semula apabila kami kembali ke Osaka. Saya suka pengering rambut di hotel ini dari Refa dan sangat selesa. Saya ingin pergi ke pusat membeli-belah untuk membelinya dan membawanya kembali, jadi saya memutuskan untuk tidak. Katil dan bantal hendaklah mempunyai kelembutan dan ketegasan yang sesuai, dan jangan lupa untuk menghidupkan pelembap, jika tidak, anda mungkin mengalami pendarahan hidung akibat kekeringan. Istana Osaka boleh dilihat di hujung koridor di atas tingkat 14 hotel.

Was planning to stay at Hilton Osaka, but with the grand opening the day before my arrival I thought it would be nice for the family. I was wrong. I am writing this review at 1:55 am because I am still waiting on a room. Diamond status checkin was normal but a little on the slow side. It was expected since they just opened. Had to ask for an upgrade, but was accommodated. The upgrade is a castle view vs river view. Arrived on n the room and it only has a bed for 2 and I have my family which were with me at check in. Called and asked for a room with multiple beds and was told it would take an hour. This is what I am waiting on. When I went down to the front desk to inquire further it was the same two individuals at check in and Marlon told me it would be an hour. I said that is unacceptable and just downgrade the room and I will Set up the trundle bed myself. Still waiting. Have been a happy diamond member for 14 years. That said I will never give this property my business again. Complete lack of care or customer service. Expect more from Hilton and especially in Japan. My last visits to Osaka I stayed at the Hilton Osaka in Umeda and it is heads and shoulders above this property in management and customer service.

Simple no frills hotel, good if you are just looking for a hotel to have a rest after long day out. Have all the basic amenities you will need such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, foam wash, towels, toothbrush, comb, etc. You can borrow umbrella from the hotel if the day is raining. There are also washer and vending machine within the hotel. Location is walking distance away from dotonbori and the nearby subway.

Bilik itu bersih dan dilengkapi dengan baik. Kakitangannya ramah. Hotel ini menyediakan kopi & teh secara percuma di lobi di tingkat bawah. Selain itu, pemandangan dari atas bumbung sangat mengagumkan (dan tempat bergambar yang bagus)! Mempunyai penginapan yang sangat hebat dan selesa, thx
