We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights this July 2023 in time for the BFL festival. Here were a lot of peole but on reception was very fast check-in and very friendly and clever team. Room 426 was clean - good job from cleaner Lucy :) The beds were comfortable. Maybe some small fridge is missing here - I think that is normally in hotels. We looked forward to breakfast every day because the food was very delicious. Huge range - salt and sweet and all fresh, yummy. Eggs, pancakes, porridge, garlic soupe, yoghurt, vegetables, fruits, hams, cheese, desserts, nutella, peanut butter, much types of bakery products ... all what you need to eat. Great coffee and juice, teas Wonderful work all team in restaurant. Every day with a smile and friendly mood. Cleaning dishes from tables, additional foods and drinks. I was excited!! :) Very funny was the cat robot for collecting the dishes :D My feelings are very positive and not last visit in this hotel. I look forward to the next visit. Hotel is a SCAM with terrible service. I arrived on a 2 day business trip to the hotel, right from the first impression it didn't felt like a 4 star hotel. Room was very small with old (not in good way) furniture with no air condition and a small window that prevented most of the air to come inside. Later on I discovered that the hot water in the shower is not working, the front desk refused to believe me but after I insisted they said that they checked and the hotel's boiler is working and in the first floor there is hot water. I was explained that the pipes are old and I need some patience. After 10 minutes of cold water in the shower I asked to move to a different room in the first floor. The service desk refused and offered to fix the problem in the next day. I asked to leave the hotel due to the problem and get my money back. They agreed and told me it will be handled in the next morning. The next day they told me they have issues with the refund and it will take a few days. After I left the city I called again about the refund and they said that the manager decided not to refund me because there wasn't a problem. What a SCAM !!! avoid at all costs.

I recently spent a week here and found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The room was quiet and well-kept. The bed was just right, not too hard and not too soft. The bathroom was spotless. There were plenty of outlets and the lighting was more than sufficient. Reception was businesslike and professional. The breakfast offered had plenty of choices and was quite filling, especially as it was sometimes my only meal of the day. The only negatives were that the room was sometimes too hot and when ordering from the set menu in the restaurant at dinner, they were unwilling to accommodate dietary restrictions, telling us that no changes could be made. I would readily stay here again should my travels take me back to Ostrava in the future.

Stayed for 21 nights, the Location and staff at the hotel were excellent. The internet did not work in my room which in this day and age is a requirement on all trips. The bed was very uncomfortable with 2 small pillows which were very flat. The hotel in general needs an uplift as it is totally outdated
