環境：每間房間都是湖景房，炒雞棒！晴天的時候景色好美，可以去花園和湖邊遛彎；白天還有幼兒園小朋友在湖邊草坪做遊戲； 設施：房間是原木色的，視覺感覺舒適；床對着湖，每天起床躺着看到湖景非常愜意；酒店配有溫泉，溫泉也是對着湖的，推薦晚上去室外溫泉，泡起來更舒服。（酒店不提供梳子和牙刷哦） 服務：服務很贊，前台服務員都很有經驗，幫忙叫出租車、抬行李都是態度很好的；印象深刻的是，我們行李箱很重，但是我們在辦理入住的時候，服務員就把我們行李放進屋子裡了，這點提升好感值；酒店有班車到大津站，每20分鐘一趟，和王子酒店在同一個巴士站，不要混淆哦（琵琶湖的車是中巴；王子的是大巴車） 總的來說，性價比非常高，攜程價格太美麗600的價格住琵琶湖酒店，贊！ 琵琶湖酒店沒有王子酒店新，但是老牌酒店服務人員都很有經驗，教養很好，而且琵琶湖酒店有溫泉，如果安排了水上項目，我覺得泡下溫泉驅驅寒是好的；我們去住的時候周邊大部分是日本人；周邊的好吃的也不少，都是走路可以到達的，如果不在酒店用餐，打開google map用味蕾探尋一下大津也挺好的；距離密歇根號非常近，可以安排乘船游湖～

The Prince Hotel in Biwako is a place where a traveler can relax entirely. The lake-view room is nowhere one can compare. I feel owning the whole lake scene when sitting by the wide picturistic window from the 11th floor and sipping a cup of green tea. From frontdesk to suttle bus drivers, all staff speak English and are so helpful. The suttle service running twice an hour betwwen the hotel and the train station is a saving of taxi fare. The lobby at the entrance is so spaciously open that one can sit in an armchair at a corner and will not feel uncomfortable albeit facing a big group of travelers around. I will stay here again when I visit Kansai area next time. James

When visiting Kyoto, we wanted to enjoy some time in an onsen resort so we decided to spend two nights in Ogoto Onsen. After checking the details in their website, we booked a ”Biwa no kaze”room with private onsen and view of Lake Biwako. And we were not disappointed. The room looks newly renovated, and is very spacious with two beds and sitting area plus a tatami room. They offer different dinner packages, and we have chosen crab with steak as the main dishes for the first night, and lobster with shabu-shabu the second night. The foods were of very high quality, tasted and looked very nice. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection of different items. The ryokan is excellent in nearly all aspects. We would stay here again when we next visit Kyoto.

Came here with family during the Sakura season. It's easy to get to the onset hotel. After arriving at the Ogoto Onsen JR station, towards the south exit you will find a cell phone attached to a board with explanation how to use the phone to call one of the onsen hotels. After the call, their shuttle bus will then come and pick you up between 2pm to 6pm I think. The hotel staff in general are very welcoming. Our family scored a deal with their penthouse suite with private indoor and outdoor onsen. Four of us stayed in the suite and the price is only slightly more than four of us staying in 2 regular rooms. It also came with a beautiful fruit platter for you to enjoy. The suite is very spacious with 2 separate toilets. The bath area has 2 sinks, a shower stall as well as a japanese style bathing area connected to the 2 onsen baths (indoor one is a hinoki wood tub and the outdoor one is a stone one. The outdoor onsen does have a slight privacy issue as there are some residential buildings in a distance. While my mom was a bit too modest to use the outdoor one (which I am not and fully enjoyed it), she did take full advantage of the indoor private onsen. Of course the hotel also has a public onsen for the guests. In fact they have two. One in each towers. I used the one on the top floor in the morning and it was a bless seeing the sunrise while soaking in the hot onsen water. Our package also included both dinner and breakfast that were served at their private dining room. Both meals were done in kaiseki style. We were particularly impressed by their dinner. Not only was it cooked with high quality ingredients and with beautiful presentation, they did not skimp on the quantity as well. Often after eating dinner at other onsen hotel, I would not feel full and actually felt a bit hungry later at night, at Yumotokan the courses kept coming and I was completely stuffed at the end. In fact I did not finish the rice even though it was so yummy (cooked from scratch in front of us with a flamed mini-stove). All in all, a very satisfactory experience. I can recommend anyone who comes to Kyoto/Osaka and wants an excursion and experiences the traditional Japanese onsen.

Stayed at Youzanso during late March 2023. It was during the cherry blossom season. We (family of four) had the room with the Lake Otsu view and private bath. The room was sufficient for 4 of us but I wouldn't call it spacious. However, the room and bathroom were clean. The room came with dinner and breakfast for 4 of us and costed about AUD800. The dinner and breakfast was quite good and would recommend to anyone considering the half board. It might get old if u were staying for few days but we were only there for one night. We toured Kyoto for the day and stayed here overnight then went back to kyoto for more sightseeing. It wasn't as convenient as if you stayed in Kyoto but the travel wasn't long or difficult. The property is bit dated and looks more like a hotel than a ryokan. The facilities are clean but also look dated as well. However, the public onsen is great, clean and the outdoor bath is a must. 施設は大変綺麗でした、カプセル下段はギシギシ言いましたが、静かで寒くなく暑くもなく、よく眠れました。 注意書きに携帯使用不可と書いてありますが、音が出なければインターネットは良いのでは？と思います。 共用スペースに居たら喫煙所に居た男女が大騒ぎしてました。（男女共用？）楽しく喋るのはいいですが、大騒ぎはふさわしい感じではありませんでした。 朝、洗面所が混雑していました。4つしか無くて、お化粧をするには少なすぎると感じました。パジャマはもうワンサイズ大きいといいと思いました。ロッカーは細く、靴しか入りません。朝、荷造りしていたら急に男性が女性用ベッドスペースに入ってきて、びっくりしました。ドアをノックするなり、開けずに「はいりますよ！」と言うなりして欲しかったです。

滋賀県旅行支援が使えて近江牛をいただける宿を探してこちらに行きつきました。こぢんまりした宿なので駐車場も含め館内の移動が少なかったのが想定外に良かったです。チェックインはロビーで座ってさせてもらえるし、無料のミニアイスは食べ放題、卓球はラケットがすごく綺麗でびっくり！楽しませていただきました。 雨だったので湯本館のお風呂は使わず内風呂だけ利用しました。みなさん湯本館に行かれているようで朝も夜も女性側はずっと貸切。熱すぎずいいお湯でした。シャワー周りは老朽感が否めませんが、綺麗にされているのでそこまで嫌な気持ちにはなりません。あと大浴場の化粧水などは無印でした。安アウトバス用のトリートメント(メーカー忘れた)のおかげで髪もいい感じです。しいていうならこちらにもヘアゴムが欲しかった…

感染対策も徹底されてました。スタッフの方もテキパキされていて、温泉も大変いいお湯でした。24時間お風呂に入れるのはありがたかったです。スタッフの方も感染対策大変だと思いますが、ぜひ今後もがんばって頂きたいです。お料理も大変美味しく、こんなに近くにいいホテルがあるとは感激でした、ゆったりした時間をすごせました。ありがとうございました。また、ぜひ伺いたいです。

有大津到酒店的班車，要提早電話預約，日本服務沒得説，一直出差來日本，這次家族旅遊，定的含早晚飯的，品種多點更好，勝在人少，哈哈
