Our apartment is located in a small village near Marialinden. It is located on the 1st Upper floor and loft of a detached house with separate own entrance It has a beautiful kitchen with a fitted kitchen with induction hob and complete equipment. Adjacent is the large and spacious living room with a fireplace and a nice large couch. The bedroom has a large 2m x 2m double bed and a spacious wardrobe.The bathroom was recently completely modernized and has a bath / shower / BD and a sink with a large mirror.2 more beds are in the loft which can be reached from the living room via a spiral staircase. Here the headroom is restricted by the pointed floor.The apartment has a beautiful covered balcony for breakfast in the morning and its own terrace in the garden. We have a wallbox for electric vehicles on the property and tenants are welcome to charge their vehicles with us. Our wallbox has a type 2 plug. A supermarket is located in Marialinden where a bakery is open on weekends. Here you will also find restaurants and inns.
