"The place was very Clean. The breakfast tasted like powdered scrambled eggs and the sausage was the worst I ever had.
The line for waffles was too Long with Too Many kids.
I would probably stay in a cheaper hotel for 1 night without breakfast & go out to eat. $325.00 + 15.00 for parking was a bit steep for our liking."

"The hotel was easily accessible from the HWY. It was in a decent location , very close to the beach and other little shops.
The receptionist was very helpful when we needed help with the TV.
Room was tidy, spacious. Parking is limited. You can purchase safe parking near the hotel,
for $15 but theres probably like 20 spots to choose from, or else just enjoy street parking.
Otherwise, very nice and perfect for small families."

"This hotel is right next to the beach. It is a 30-min drive south of San Francisco. It is a bit old and have less amenities compare to newer hotel. I enjoy my stay here and there are nearby restaurants for dining so you can walk. Would highly recommend stay here if you love the beach."

The private entrance guest suite is located downstairs in our 2-story home. My partner and I live upstairs and we both work from home. We are in our 40s-50s with 4 cats, no kids. See profile for more on us. We don't wear shoes in the house and don't party. And sorry folks, no parties allowed in the unit.
We have insulated the unit but this is shared living so you will hear some noise transfer. Your bedroom is below our kitchen and your living room is below our living room (and Charlene works in there--my office is on the other side of the house). The bedroom is on the street side. It has a double-paned window but you can hear cars (most through traffic during commute hours). Our bedroom is also on the street side but on second floor on other side of the house.
No pets allowed. No kids. We unfortunately cannot accommodate children because the unit and the backyard are not set up for them due to sharp edges, no childproof cabinets, unfenced hillside, ceramics, etc.

We are thrilled to have you as our guest, but we kindly ask that you carefully review and adhere to all house rules before making your reservation. Please be aware that breaking the house rules may result in a $1000 fine. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Owner and others occupy the other part of the house, with their own private entrance. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Neighborhood watches closely here and most of them are neighbors living here for a long time. We don't hope they are being upset. We have to enforce house rules below to respect the community.
* No parties or events allowed, neighbors will call police if any disturbance occurs.
* Guests are not allowed to play music or make loud noise outside of the house (including front deck, rear deck and driveway etc.) at ANY TIME (Pacifica City Ordinance), neighbors will call police.
* QUIET HOURS from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am, Guests should not spend time outside the house during quiet hours. Guests should not play music or make loud noise during quiet hours. Neighbors will call police if any disturbance occurs.
* Only guests named at booking are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Ask for approval, if you have visitors.
* Groups of visitors, or party size visitors are not allowed.
* Noise sensors are installed in the public areas. They just monitor the noise level, not monitoring or recording any sounds. They will give an alarm if the noise is too loud. Please keep quiet.
* Guests should not bring their own speaker devices.
* Fill in a reachable mobile phone number in the app to ensure that you can receive calls and text messages during your stay.
* Laundry should not be used during quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am.
* Any Guns, Any Drug use, Any Smoking (including Marijuana) is prohibited within the whole house (including inside and outside of the house, front deck, rear deck and driveway etc.).
* Make sure the heater is turned off before leaving the house every time and final checkout. An energy fee of $50 will be charged for each violation.
* Report any damage to us immediately, so we can arrange for its replacement or repairs.
* Parking should be in front of our house, not neighbors' houses. Parking should not block the street.
* For everyone's safety, outdoor security cameras are in use 24/7.
* Similar to the majority of houses in this area, our house does not have air conditioning. But we provide electric fans.
* We provide plastic slippers and disposable slippers, please change your shoes to slippers when you enter the house.
* Keep the environment clean, throw the trash, containers and paper (please squash) into the corresponding trash cans in front of the driveway for sorting. Keep the lids of the trash cans completely.
* Guests should not take any items from the house.
* Check out by 11:00 am.
