It was a good stay at bella Vista. We checked in to deluxe room. Decent sized for two people. Common pool is also available and it is clean. Overall cleaning is good. Property has got mall area also which have got good food joints. The location is also very easy to locate. Would love to come back.

Rooms are clean and beautiful. The hotel staff is very supportive and responsive to your concerns. Food is good although little bit expensive. Had a comfortable stay.

They have an INOX in the same premises and they boast about their restaurant ”Aasma” at 11th floor. At a 250 meters walk, there's Chokhi Dhani - A display of Rajasthani culture. Will be writing about Chokhi Dhani separately. Pros: Good for night stay if you want to break journey while going towards Shimla, Chail, Kasauli, Solan, Kufri, Mashobra etc. Aasma is a revolving restaurant - you must visit once for both food and experience Cons: Housekeeping is absent -minded. You have to continuously follow up or send reminders Upkeep: The property is nice but upkeep is not fine. Bathroom drain was choked, wooden floor tiles were loose. Overall: Nice for the area it is situated. Wont suggest long stays. Good for breaking journey.

Nice rooms and toilets. Located just 1 min drive away from kalka station. They also arranged a car for our Himachal trip. You can find restaurants and other shops around the hotel. The manager is very helpful but a weird person. But the owner was a very good person.
