The room was very basic as was the bathroom - but this was overshadowed by the very warm welcome we received from the *** on reception - he arranged a take out meal for us in the hotel eating area - and a taxi to pick us up at 05:00 to get the train - excellent service but the hotel could do with a makeover"

"We stayed here enroute while traveling back to Manali. The hotel is decent but poorly maintained and though the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable the room facilities were a bit shabby in terms of poorly working AC, Chipping floors at different places and poor illumination. It's an ok place if you are traveling alone but I will currently not suggest it for stay with family purely for maintenance reasons as the staff was superb and went out of their way to service us."
