Hotel Datong dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

A very cosy homestay in the heart of the very charming Datong old town. There's underground parking that goes straight to the doorstep of the B&B which is a lifesaver during winter. Absolutely loved the tasteful design and the little artistic trinkets placed all around the house. There's also a free laundry service which was very much appreciated. Master of the house is a very friendly gentleman who gave us great tips especially on the hidden gems restaurants (ask him about the awesome copper hotpot outside the city beside President Hotel). It's walking distance to the food and nightspot street across the road, and is also beside the Southern City Wall as well as the (in my opinion criminally underrated) Shanhua Temple 善化寺 which is quiet, dignified and zen, housing some of the oldest Liao and Jin Dynasty architecture and sculptures.

The stay was wonderful! We were touched by the hospitality shown by the boss and his wife. They were really friendly and helpful, spending time to chat with us, and ensuring our stay was comfortable and our needs met. We were also served fruits! The decoration and architecture of the accommodation were impressive and the location is just excellent! We could walk to the various go-to places for food, tours and performances. Our bedroom was spacious, situated upstairs. The lower floor was where we could chill and eat or drink. There's a beautiful feel about the place. We also had fun speaking with their pet parrot One reason we fell in love with Datong is Renyi Inn!

This boutique hotel is conveniently located in the old City. The hotel staff are very friendly and even fetched us from the train station. Hotel room is spacious and comfortable. I accidentally dropped a ring in the lobby and the staff picked up and returned to me. Very pleasant staff and highly recommended.

我是攜程跟團訂的這家酒店兩晚，然後我又定了另外一家民宿的第三晚，結果到了這家酒店之後覺得特別好，就把那家民宿退了，在這邊續住了一晚 環境： 位置交通比較方便，去古城打車起步價，其實也不需要住在古城裡麪，因為古城有的地方還在修比較混亂，那種很清幽的環境，這裏去吃紫泥369非常近去吃喜晉道也不遠 衞生：很好 設施：有洗衣房，自助早餐很豐盛，也有現點的麪啥的，電視可以投影，洗澡水很大，枕頭有兩種高度，床墊應該是橡膠的稍微有點軟。

We took a 23-day trip through China, staying in 9 different hotels. Without hesitation, I can say that our stay at Floral stood out in many ways. First, the hotel's structure is very beautiful and has been renovated while staying true to the traditional style of the region. The hotel room itself was probably the most beautiful we had seen on our entire trip: spacious, with windows that actually opened, good air conditioning, and modern decor and furniture without being over the top. Second, the hotel's location is within the boundaries of the city wall and is part of the old town, so beautiful to walk around and see the traditional houses - many of them renovated according to the traditional style. And third and most importantly, the kindness of the people who work at the hotel. I have never felt so welcome anywhere on holiday as at this place. Unfortunately, I arrived with health problems and needed antibiotics - equivalents of the ones I had brought from Europe. I asked the reception where I could find the closest pharmacy, but rather than guiding me there, Xiao Liu, the lady at the reception, figured out for me which antibiotic would be the right one and got it for me. The same when we needed a suitcase, rather than sending me to the shop she inquired about our desired suitcase and in one hour it was there. Drinks are complementary at any time of the day, and the breakfast (Chinese and international - sandwiches) was generous and unlimited. When we were running late coming back from the grottoes and needed to catch a train, Xiao Liu helped us out by bringing us all our suitcases directly to the train station. We will never forget all these acts of kindness and we are still grateful to her and the entire hotel staff for making us feel so much at home. Datong will stay in our minds and hearts forever thanks to the people of the Floral hotel. Datong is special enough for all the incredible cultural sights you can visit - but our stay there will never be forgotten thanks to the beauty of the Floral Hotel and its amazing people. Номер очень красивый, сделан под старину. Шикарные комоды, шкафы.  Спросили нас, на какое время мы хотим завтрак. Приготовили к 7.00, хотя завтрак заявлен с 7.30.  Персонал отзывчивый.  Единственное, мы долго не могли найти этот отель. Вывеска только на китайском. Просто закрытая деревянная дверь. Только сотрудники соседнего отеля помогли найти. Это, конечно, небольшой минус. А так все прекрасно! Прекрасный вариант на пару ночей в самом центре Датуна.

This hotel is located in the heart of the ancient city of Datong. Although there were few steps of staircase leading to the entrance of the hotel and the reception was on level 2 and our room type was only available on the 3rd level. Upon check in the hotel staff by the name of Xiao Guo was very helpful and she helped us to carry our luggages to our room at level 3.. There was a small window in our room overseeing the street. The room was spacious and very clean. All corners, fixtures and furnitures in our room were wiped very clean. All amenities were provided inside the room too. The bed mattress and pillow were soft and very comfortable. Body gel, hair shampoo, hair conditioner, hand wash and clothing detergent were all good quality. 2 water bottles, toothbrush, hair comb and slippers were provided in the room. There were space to hang our winter clothing and also washed socks and inner wears. The air-conditioner was superb as it can be adjusted to 4 types of air:normal, wet reduction, cold air and warm air, hence it made our stay more comfortable. There was also an air freshener machine in the room to refresh the air inside the room. So far this is the cleanest hotel room throughout all my China trips. The housekeeper was friendly and ensure the room being cleaned up daily. Overall, I would like to compliment the hotel staff by the name of Xiao Guo for her hospitality and kindness in helping us when we asked her for any information about Datong and places to eat. Xiao Guo always smilling and her warmness has let us felt very welcomed as a hotel guest. Another compliment was to be given to the housekeeper old lady who really did a great job to ensure the cleanliness of our hotel room and the entire hotel public areas. Highly recommended this hotel to all tourist.

The hotel is in a commercial building where many tenants have moved out. It feels deserted. Except for its neighbour Han Ting hotel and the minimart beside, there does not seem to have any activity. The staff are friendly enough. There is no public toilet for the hotel guests. Guests could only use the toilets in their hotel rooms or use the public toilet on the first floor which is disgustingly dirty. It is a hassle for guests whose flight or train is in the evening after checking out in the daytime. I had to use another hotel's toilet in the evening. The hotel room's shower curtains have frayed at the edge, are a little mouldy and need to be replaced. I suspect that as it is a budget hotel, the management don't care. But the room and its toilet are clean. On food, the hotel is small so they work with an eatery outside to provide breakfast if you have breakfast included in your stay. The breakfast options are limited so it is better to go out and buy breakfast. To my surprise, there are no breakfast eateries nearby! One has to walk until the cross junction where one sees the Datong Railway Station before there are some eateries. Or, one can walk in the direction towards the Datong Ancient City and along the way, there are some restaurants and eateries. EatWheat 东方削面 is authentic in its local flavour. The hotel location is near the Datong Ancient City. If you are up for a bit of walk, it is possible to walk there. If there is an emergency, please go to 三医院 The Third Hospital which is the nearest public hospital with all facilities available. The rest of the hospitals nearby may not be fully equipped.

這次到大同旅遊，選擇入住聖雅居民宿，真的是最明智的決定！從預訂到離店，全程體驗無可挑剔。 地理位置： 民宿位置鬧中取靜，去古城牆、華嚴寺、九龍壁等核心景點都非常方便，步行即可到達。周邊生活便利，但又不會過於嘈雜，晚上休息非常安靜。 環境設施： 一進門就被深深吸引！裝修極具特色，完美融合了古典中式美學和現代的舒適感。房間打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟舒適，躺上去瞬間卸去旅途的疲憊。設施更是滿分，高清投影、品質一流的洗浴用品，細節處處能感受到主人的用心。 服務熱情： 老闆和工作人員的熱情好客讓人有回家的感覺。房間內介紹了遊玩攻略和美食地圖，幫忙預訂門票，省心不少。 特色體驗： 不得不提的是他家附近的早餐！地道的山西特色，乾淨又美味，為一天的遊玩注滿了能量。 總之，聖雅居不僅僅是一個住宿的地方，更是旅途中的一份美好回憶。下次來大同，絕對會再次入住，也會毫不猶豫地推薦給所有朋友！

Extremely happy with my stay here! Room is very spacious and clean, and I was within walking distance to most of the attractions and restaurants. The staff here are very friendly and they always went out of their way to make my experience in Datong memorable! I'm especially grateful because the manager showed me how to order food from local restaurants using my phone and get it delivered straight to my room! 10/10!!
