Stayed in Datong for what was supposed to be one night - and ended up staying three) The breakfast alone deserves mention: it felt closer to fine dining - carefully prepared dishes, beautiful presentation, and real attention to flavor. The staff made everything easy despite the language barrier. They were patient, creative, and genuinely warm - you could see they wanted guests to feel comfortable, and it worked. I had a surprisingly soulful time here. Something about the atmosphere, the care from the team, and the calm pace made my stay memorable. Of all the hotels I experienced in China, this is the one I will remember as the best!

這次大同之行，最驚喜的莫過於發現了東南邑念夏·裏這家寶藏酒店。毫不誇張地説，它直接拉滿了我對這次旅途的幸福感，必須全五星推薦給所有要來大同的朋友！黃金地段，鬧中取靜的絕佳位置 酒店就在古城東南邑歷史文化街區的核心位置，出門就是充滿文藝氣息的街巷和文創小店。走去華嚴寺、九龍壁這些核心景點都衹要十來分鐘，玩累了隨時能回來歇腳。神奇的是，一邁進酒店大門，外面的喧囂就瞬間被隔絕，真正詮釋了什麼叫做“大隱於市”。這家酒店是由老四合院改造的，青磚黛瓦、古樸木樑，將晉北民居的肌理與現代侘寂風融合得恰到好處。庭院裏綠植錯落，一步一景，隨手一拍都是古風大片。客房更是讓人驚艷，實木傢俱搭配暖色燈光，空間寬敞舒適。床品親膚柔軟，一夜好眠，浴室乾濕分離，智能馬桶、BALMAIN洗護、徠芬吹風機等硬件配置處處透着品質。這裏的管家服務絕對是一大亮點！入住前一天管家小哥哥就會提前聯繫，安排免費接機，入住期間，無論是推薦地道美食，還是解決各種小需求，響應都特別及時，温和又耐心。每晚送來的温熱甜湯每一個細節都讓人感到被用心對待。總之，念夏·裏無論是環境、服務、設施還是地理位置，都無可挑剔。它不僅僅是一個住的地方，更是一段值得回味的旅行記憶。

A gem of a 民宿 located within the Datong old city walls. Conveniently located next to a plethora of good eats including 喜晋道 and the ever popular 霸王茶姬，the friendly yet non-intrusive service staff provided excellent service throughout of 4 day stay. Engaging their 商务车 for 2 days to explore around Datong was a great decision as the staff service extended to having hot beverages, biscuits and fruits ready for us coming in from the cold weather. The same service extends to breakfast for which a spread of home cooked dishes are made fresh daily. A great stay and highly recommended.

Great 3 night stay. It's a very short Didi ride from DaTong South Railway station. It's right next to the DaTong Ancient City area. It's a close walk but the entrances for the walled city are all in the middle section of each wall. It's walkable but it's also easy to rent a bike or take a 7 rmb Didi to the main area. I couldn't find any convenience stores close but I was ok without them. You can also have things delivered to the hotel and the robot will bring it to your room. Room was great. Big, clean and comfortable. Pillows were also good. Had a view of the old town which was nice at night. I traveled in April. It was warm in the room because I think only the heat works that time of year. I tried the AC but didn't seem to cool the room. They had two windows you could open. It was around 0C at night so it cools down the room enough to sleep comfortably if you don't like sleeping in a warm room. Shower had strong water pressure. Towels and toiletries good. The shuttle bus stop is very close to the hotel too. You can take shuttles to some of the tourist attractions outside the city. They shuttles are cheap and convenient. Less than 10 minute walk I think or a 2 minute Didi ride. It's the ”DaTong ancient city” stop. The buffet breakfast was good. They had a big variety of western, Chinese and local foods to eat. One day breakfast was on the 3rd floor and the other days it was on the 28th floor when it was busier. They put snacks and fruit everyday. Actually good snacks, I ate all of them everyday. I was also sick with a cough. The worker must have noticed the first day in the hallway. That night when I came back I had a handwritten note and a pear tea to help with my cold. They provided the same the following night. I really appreciated that. Overall was a great stay. I'd definitely stay there again if I go back to DaTong. I'd recommend staying there.

一進門就被驚艷到了。酒店把山西本土建築元素和現代設計融合得特別好，青磚灰瓦、木質結構，處處透着北方院落的大氣質感，但又不會覺得老舊，反而很高級。小朋友在院子裏跑來跑去，看什麼都覺得新鮮，光是大堂和庭院就拍了好多照片。這種有文化氛圍又住得舒服的酒店，在山西真的不多見。 【房間體驗】 帶娃最看重的就是房間。我們住的房間面積寬敞，小朋友的活動空間完全夠，沒有那種擠在一起轉不開身的侷促感。床品乾淨舒適，孩子睡覺很踏實。衞生間也大，給小朋友洗澡、收拾東西都很方便，熱水出水快、水壓夠，這點帶娃出門的家庭都懂——太重要了。 【親子友好】 這是我最滿意的地方。酒店工作人員對孩子特別友好，前台還給小朋友送了小零食和小禮物，孩子開心得不得了。酒店整體安靜但不冷清，院子裏有空間可以讓孩子跑一跑，不用一直提心吊膽怕打擾別人。周邊走一走就是山西特色的老街巷，帶孩子看看古建築、感受下地方文化，比去商場有意思多了。 【服務】 服務全程在線，從前台辦理入住到客房服務，每個環節都很順暢。工作人員態度熱情但不刻意，不會讓人有被過度打擾的感覺。中間跟前台問了一些周邊吃飯和逛的地方，給的推薦都很實用，不是敷衍了事那種。 【餐飲】 早餐種類豐富，山西特色的麪食、小米粥這些都有，孩子吃得很開心。當地食材、當地口味，比連鎖酒店千篇一律的早餐強太多。 【周邊與位置】 位置方便，出門逛山西的古建、街巷都很近。帶孩子出門最怕折騰，住在這裏省了很多路上的時間，行程安排輕鬆不少。

一進大廳很好聞，但是一進房間裝修味還是很大，要了空氣凈化器才好多了，一進房間薰眼睛，服務很好，早餐也很好吃，就是入住的時候空氣凈化器要了好久才送來，訂房時備註的床圍欄入住的時候我又和前台小哥提了一下也沒有給，再打電話要還是讓我等着，到退房這個圍欄也沒給我，也沒跟我説還有沒有，中間問客房大姐説衹有一個，讓我問前台，後來我把床併到一起了沒有再要。前台小姐姐服務很好，走的時候還送了伴手禮。

大同真的太讓人驚喜了！漫步在古城牆下，或是走進雲岡石窟，那種跨越千年的北魏風華與歷史厚重感撲面而來，極其震撼。除了絕美的古建，大同的美食更是讓人流連忘返，一碗地道的刀削麪、一份渾源涼粉，不僅分量紮實，味道更是絕贊。這座城市既有歷史的滄桑，又有市井的煙火氣，絕對值得專程來一趟！

We had a wonderful time at Tangtou Hotspring Hotel! Everything was great from the beginning: the manager helped us find a right parking spot for our car, the housekeeping staff made sure that we don't miss anything and we were served a complimentary fresh fruits plate, and also they provided extra bed sheets for our little son, with a lovely hand written note from the housekeeping staff! The hot spring facilities are also great, with indoor pools and smaller cozy ones outside, while the locker room staff were always attentive and caring with us, providing us even the necessary equipment when we forgot to take it from our room! The breakfast was also a very nice surprise, with multiple choices of Chinese and Western cuisine, in an elegant venue. We loved everything at Tangtou Hotspring Hotel and we will definitely come back this year!

酒店非常不錯，床品軟軟乎乎的，房間隔音效果挺好，夜裡睡覺很安穩。飯菜都是本地家常口味，不重口，長者小孩都吃得慣主要是吃的都清淡。公共區域收拾得乾乾淨淨，酒店服務不錯，主要是熱情度很高，還可以幫助我們介紹景點 ，工作人員對待小朋友也很有耐心。遠離市區車流噪音，空氣清新舒服，逛完古蹟來這邊休整剛剛好，設施都很新

裝修很好。設施很好。服務極其差。 且不説定了四間房兩晚。其他酒店都會非常熱情。而且我們帶的小朋友。 濃密睫毛前台態度很差就算了。經理也會幫腔。經理是女經理。對待她認為好的客人很熱情。但是對我們很差。可能我們小朋友多沒權沒勢很好欺負。 多要一張房卡也不給。 多要房卡是因為房間味道非常大。想插卡開空調。 她一定要説我們會有危險不給。我請問有沒有學過酒店管理。雙床房插卡取電給一張房卡？我説味道很大她説是木頭的味道。連抱歉都沒有。住那麼多五星級酒店這家出乎意料。 預訂有湯泉酒店也不給。錯過了就當錯過了。 對山西很喜歡。湯泉搓澡按摩阿姨也很不錯。 其實這家酒店都挺好的。畢竟就四五百塊錢。就是女經理在的時候特別拽。像20元小旅館的態度。我也不需要特殊服務。就是專業一些就好了。晚上在大廳的男經理很好。反饋立馬奏效。還會再來大同。不會再來這家酒店。畢竟競爭很激烈。希望上級看到這條。可以培訓一下女經理和她的部下。不然敗壞遊客觀感。 進門也沒有問好。也不介紹早餐。也不告訴我電梯在哪。後來寄存還差點搞錯行李。而且我們最後淋濕了想起沒有使用的湯泉權益。他還説我過期了。退房就不能用了。我請問呢？你的疏忽為什麼要讓我承擔。一點也不人性化。 另外我的房間一股飯味。樓下活動很吵 搞衞生的阿姨搞得亂七八糟。紙巾也不給放。衣服也沒有疊（雖然我也不需要她疊。但是我住過的所有兩晚的酒店都會疊。） 白瞎了好裝修。
