"I stayed at this hotel in July 2025 with my friends and had a wonderful experience. The outside terrace with bonfire nights was truly memorable. The management is excellent, and the staff is very helpful and attentive. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and relatives. It’s one of the best resorts where you can enjoy the stunning terrace view of Kud Valley and the Gondola view ."

"We didnt stay at this hotel. We went for lunch at the restaurant. Firstly, food is very expensive and quality is bad. A plate of full chilly chicken costs 800/- rupees and was nit good at all. The same full plate at other good hotels cost between 525/- to 600/- Halka noodles was soggy and was full of tomato sauce in it. Wont recommend this restaurant. Expensive and not worth at all."

"Was traveling with kids.. It was a bad experience and a very arrogant staff at the hotel. Bathroom taps were leaking and smelling. When we complained and wanted them to show the video of the leak, management was not even concerned. Water bottles in the room were charged without any information. No signature were taken on bills."
