"We chose this hotel based on the availability of an indoor pool for my children to swim. We did not do a big vacation this year and swimming in a hotel was something they looked forward to. The hotel closed the pool and did not attempt to work on the pool the entire weekend we were there. When I asked for an update the first day around 11 am, they told me maintenance wasn’t there yet. When I asked later in the day, they told me it would be open the next day after the chemicals leveled out. On day 2, when I asked, I was simply told it would be closed. The guy at the desk told me he could go check levels, but even if they were good, it wouldn’t be open. He had zero empathy or concern that this was the whole purpose of staying there. When I called the manager the next day, she lied and said they had been working on it all weekend. But please note, I had checked in multiple times and this was not the truth. In addition, the rooms smelled quite musty and we had several pieces of trash under the furniture in our room. We will return to the area for future family reunions, but certainly not this hotel. "

"Hidden Meadows is a great name for this place as it is truly a hidden gem! Beautiful grounds in what seems like the middle of nowhere, but only 15 minutes from Stillwater makes this a great place to stay and getaway. Lovely hosts and delicious breakfast as well! Highly recommend."
