It was an amazing sales staff I ever met named Mr Atta. He is very friendly, competent and polite. He gave me a very good information details about the meeting room and the facilities completely. The services is very fast, I asked for foods and drinks for my coffee break time they served it very fast without made me wait for it. Mr Atta really made me satisfied with his works. See you again Mr Atta when I come back to Samarinda I'll definitely booked meeting room at Swisbel Samarinda.

i was very pleasantly surprised variety of the food for the breakfast. They provide a huge variation of quality food. The design of the hotel is very2 nice, its is very comfortable and relaxing from the minute you walk in. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was very2 clean as well. Very2 pleased with my stay and will definitely recommend them to any friends going to Samarinda

Very recommend hotel, the best view with city samarinda. Restaurant was clean and tidy, comfortable chair, lots of food choices. And the most importantly aston samarinda has a very friendly, humble and good attitude waitress. Thank you so much for ms anti staff restaurant aston samarinda. This is an older property but very well maintained and has a very substantial and classy feel. My room was large and well furnished with hardwood furniture and a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked very well. The lobby is a very comfortable and elegant area to relax in. The breakfast buffet was very good. It is walking distance to all of the places to visit in central Samarinda. There is a nice looking pool but I didn't have time to use it. The only problem I had was that there were mosquitos in the room and I had to ask the front desk to send someone to spray for them. Later, there were more mosquitos and I had to ask them to spray again. The staff was very nice and professional.

On checked in process were smooth, fast and friendly which handled by Ms. Riska. all hotels staff friendly and speedy respons including security, housekeeping in corridor, and kitchen staffs when breakfast in restaurant. in room : there were no trouble at all side. cold ac make me feel warmth at inside blanket during sleep. in restaurant : modern furniture, variatif menu, and communicative staffs. all looks hygiene and all staff in restaurant wearing proper mask and hand gloves. upon checked out by Ms. Dwi, very smooth and very fast process and also friendly service thank you for the services!

Good Budget Hotel. Appreciate with fast services since arrival at front office. And care about complaining. all staff are friendly and respond well to service requests. The rooms are clean, although not too spacious but very comfortable to rest. The view from the rooftop is really amazing, you can see the Mahakam river. Good choice
