this is a three bedroom house that sits behind a small country church. It is all on one floor. There is a ramp going into the house from the back. the house was totally renovated in 2020. the kitchen is brand new. the original bathroom was gutted and remodeled and another bathroom was added. The house has one bedroom with a king bed, one bedroom with queen bed and one bedroom with full bed. There is a large living room and dining room and a beautiful front porch where you can watch the deer in the evenings. The house has a lovely gas fireplace for wintertime enjoyment. We have update the internet with Starlink that will allow you all the speed you need to upload and download. While there is no cell phone service here, there is a land line and you can use your cell phones through the internet. You are a mile from South Mill Creek Lake with great trout, bass, catfish,crappie and bluegill fishing. you are minutes from all the local trout fishing rivers and streams that are stocked from October to May.
