In one trip, all aircraft from the Aeroflot tickets were cancelled, and this hotel because of the cancellation of the emergency, the cost did not return and could not be transferred to other dates without fines. "This was our second time in this bathhouse. There is a receiver for the administrator in the bathhouse, we called and asked to bring water, she rudely refused and told us to go across the street and come to her to buy a bottle of water, please note that it is winter outside, we are wet after the bathhouse, after the pool, we have to go outside for a bottle of water, but why the receiver? And why the administrator? We go further, the pool is in terrible condition, the walls of the pool are in black mold, at the entrance to the changing room there is a mirror in which you can’t see your own reflection because of the dirt, there are cracks everywhere in the bathhouse. The water in the showers smells of hydrogen sulfide, this smell causes a gag reflex in me. If you go to this place and drink until you lose your pulse, it will do, but if you go with your family, it’s a terrible place and the service is disgusting."

"I spent a night at that hotel in April, and this time around it was a lot better. The repair effort was completed, the main entrance area was close to perfect, and the staff was as professional and approachable as before. Their breakfast is awesome, and if you go there for lunch or dinner, you'll be even more pleased. The room I occupied was thoughtfully designed, comfy, and very clean. The parking in front of the building is enormous and free for guests. A drawback is still the incessant revving of the planes up in the skies, but this is the snag that can hardly be fixed by the hotel, I'm afraid. Nevertheless, strongly recommended. One of the town's greatest places to stay. The best, if not. Sort of pricey, though."
