"Worst experience ever!! We had a toilet that didn’t flush and told the front desk the next morning and they said they would fix the toilet came back that nigbt and the toilet still did not flush. Had to use the toilet in the lobby!! Never again what a nightmare!!"

"The room is not very big and the domestic standard room is similar, the bedding feels quite clean, the hotel lobby bottled water can be taken at will, coffee is also. But the breakfast is very general, the price of the stay is not cheap, so the quality of the breakfast is a bit unsatisfactory, overall there is no risk of staying, and the safety factor is high!"

"Spent two nights here for our 40th. They were not ready for us at check in but gave us two drinks "tickets" that we enjoyed during our short wait. The staff was very pleasant our entire stay, the room was clean. The bed was comfortable, but who could use all those pillows! Our room had a nice view and we really enjoyed the fireplace. We turned down the furnace as the fireplace kept the room toasty. Wi-Fi was good. The first morning the breakfast buffet was maybe the best I have ever had, but we were a bit disappointed that the omelet station was not open. The second morning, both the omelet bar and the buffet were closed with only food from the menu available, which was also disappointing. However, the food both days was top notch. While we may not return (a bit expensive for our budget), our stay was excellent! "
