It’s a very crowded hotel. A lot of people! Very busy a breakfast time. If you are looking for a quiet holiday, it may not be your choice. But it is very convenient place with massage shop, convenient shop and currency exchange stall. You need to walk for 15 mins to kata night market

Love this resortl! Great pools and convenient location! Good for family and friends! The room is clean and big! It's only 3 minutes away from beach and there's 711 right across the street! 2 pools for grown ups are very big and nice and the kids pool is very nice too(according to my childhood memories) The poolside bar has variety of drinks and the staffs there are always friendly and nice! The staffs at this hotel was really amazing even the hotel guard and the gardening staffs! Everybody was very friendly and kind especially Bunrung, Supith and Keaw! Just checked out from here today and I already miss it!

Sebab hotel ni pada asasnya penuh dengan orang putih dan orang Cina sangat sedikit, tetapi ada juga nasi dan sayur-sayuran. Tidak ada diskriminasi terhadap orang Cina. Ibu bapa saya menganggap orang Thai adalah mesra dan tersenyum. I like the hotel which is not too far from tourist areas, convenient for foods which are walking distance. However, the wifi is not stable, it keep broken off, and need to reconnect. The speed is not up to my expectation.

Phuket needs to drop the weird taxi thing and get back to taxis that run meters. I'm sorry but if I need a taxi to take me 5 minutes away to the bus station and the front desk says 'well it's a fixed price and it's going to cost 300 Baht'... What ****ing good is that to me? Oh she offered to call a car with Bolt. Is that normal? a hotel front desk using Bolt to get a taxi for the guest. in the end i stood outside and raised my arm and a random car stopped and took me there for 100 baht. phuket is supposed to be a big tourist center. so drop the mafia-run taxi monopoly ******** and act like it. apart from that, a great hotel.

Traveling with parents. The location of the hotel was convenient with its own parking area and sufficiently available. There is a local market opposite and massage parlor just next to it, and a very small mall. Walkable to the central spot where the night market is. Booked this room type to accommodate the 3 of us. Paid an additional headcount as the charges only covered 2 adults, it was totally understandable. Overall the room and bed was comfortable, spacious and I would say the water pressure was the best, out of the 3 hotels I stayed in Phuket, surprisingly.

Pleasant and helpful staff make up for the lack of shower curtain in bathroom and no sandals provided for guests. Rooms need daily spraying of insecticide as rainy season breeds mosquitoes. Room did not have a telephone. But its proximity to Big C supermarket, Central Festival and Lotus’s shopping centre ensures tourist will never get hungry.

At first we booked it for a week, but since everything was fine, we’ve decided to stay extra two weeks. Everything was going ok until one if the housekeepers ROBBED US! We left a small amount of money in a purse (30TBH) and a fresh pack of ciggarettes in a room and while she was cleaning the room she actually freakin’ STOLE that SMALL amount of money and 8 ciggarettes. We know this is not the money to be complaining about, but the thing is that it actually happened. What if we had left there more money? She obviously would’ve stolen that too.. wow.. When we went down to the reception and described the situation, a guy who was working at the reception started laughing at us! Staff is absolutely horrible, can’t communicate normally and has no respect to their customers. We didn’t want our room cleaned for the rest of the stay, because we were afraid something might get stolen again. We confronted a housekeeper and she had full pockets of money, but she was ignoring us and couldn’t look in to our eyes. Manager of this hotel tried to find everything out but workers just denied everything. This is absolute comedy.. And we got no compensation at all. Staff ruined the whole stay. We would not stay here again.

Kami menyukai tempat itu dan kami akan kembali lagi! Ia adalah hotel butik yang sangat bersih dan ringkas yang baru dibina dengan semua kemudahan yang kami perlukan. Kami menyukai bilik kami (305) mempunyai akses terus ke kolam renang (seperti kebanyakan bilik). Ia diletakkan dengan sangat baik dan sangat mudah. Makanannya sedap dengan harga yang berpatutan. Walau bagaimanapun, restoran (kecil tetapi cukup baik untuk kami) ditutup pada pukul 5 petang (yang baru kami ketahui kemudian). Kakitangan dan pekerja sangat ramah. Mungkin ini kebetulan, tetapi kami mengambil masa kira-kira 25 minit untuk mendapatkan pesanan (makanan ringkas). Bilik air tersumbat semasa mandi. Our stay was very short as we just needed a place close to the airport but we were not disappointed. The hotel is very close to the airport, and they have a free shuttle that run within specific times. They also have a free shuttle to the beach and shuttles to get you around the property.
