Nisbah harga/prestasi sangat tinggi! Ia kurang daripada 300 dan termasuk sarapan pagi untuk dua orang. Ia berdekatan dengan lapangan terbang dan boleh digunakan untuk satu malam. Jika jadual perjalanan anda adalah tentang pergi ke laut dan berseronok dan bukannya tinggal di hotel, ini adalah tempat yang sesuai untuk ditempah! Perkhidmatan ini juga sangat baik. Kanak-kanak dijaga ketika mereka sakit.

Beautiful property, beachfront resort that keep up to the 5 stars level. Staffs were helpful, knowledgeable and experienced. Even though it is a 30+ yrs old resorts, the maintenance was excellent. Extremely happy with our stay. Highly recommended. Our room was facing the beach and we had the most beautiful sunset view here.

這次過年看到直飛，果斷選擇了布吉，由於只是定了兩晚，酒店沒有送接送機，看攻略好像三晚可以有。路上等車，堵車多少有點影響心情，但是當到達酒店的那一刻，看到前台服工作人員滿臉笑意的迎接，壞心情一掃而空。安縵的服務決定是天花板，到了房間，看到房間的佈置（在攜程提前溝通是紀念日，希望得到佈置），很感動。走在酒店的每一處，一定會有工作人員跟你笑臉打招呼，會及時發現你的任何需求。酒店沒有會説中文的服務人員，點餐純英文有點費力，但是完全不影響交流，酒店擁有自己的沙灘，沙子很細，我們借了酒店的浮潛工具及船衹，暢玩。累了可以在沙灘看書發呆，孩子還有專門的kidsclub ，衹要把孩子放過去就行（四歲以上），裏面的工作人員都會很耐心的陪玩，真是度假標配。

Overall is good. Food and staff are nice. Facilities are well maintained. However the housekeeping is required for an improvement. We completed an online survey pre check in including the choice of the bedding. We asked for a duvet with satin cover (one of the options), however, the size of duvet is much bigger than the duvet. It looks weird….

We stayed at 1BDR pool villa, and happy to have Gam as our butler. She is sweet and taking great care to us like friend. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast everyday, we love the variety and taste of food, especially the thai soup noddles! We had Tea and Happy Hour in The Club. We loved the snacks and drink in HH more(maybe we are not sweet favour), choice of snacks is not as much as other IC, but are signature. Choice of drinks served alcohol lover~ Staff are cheerful, no matter who you met in the resort. Buildings are beautiful and remarkable! We slept very good for 3 nights with cosy beds and good room temperature, almost no mosquitoes disturbed . only minor cons to remarks: 1. floor in bathroom area is slippery even it is dry, a bit dangerous. 2. temperature of fridge is too high, drink is not cold enough. To conclude, I will certainly back to IC if I revisit Phuket :)

Amazing villa, could not fault it. Staff are incredibly helpful even bringing my son paracetamol when he was feeling unwell. Slightly out of main town but free shuttle is great and we even used it to go to the supermarket. Communication via WhatsApp during out stay great. Two small things to note - big hill to get into complex but we waked it a few times and it was manageable, mosque at the bottom of hill so woken every day at 5.30am for call to prayer but we just went back to sleep. Still highly recommended and would stay again, 4 stars.

We stayed in a beautiful 4 bed villa Cupacine Villa C with stunning views for one week, starting December 22nd. The property was spotless and well-suited to our group of six adults, a three-year-old, and a baby. Beds and Comfort: While the beds were generally very firm, two were uncomfortably hard, making it difficult to sleep on the first night. Upon closer inspection, we noticed these two beds lacked toppers, unlike the others. Once we reported this on day two, the concierge promptly provided new toppers, resolving the issue. Noise Issues: The downstairs bedrooms initially suffered from excessive noise. On day three, we reported this to the concierge, and engineers identified the source as the pool pump. While the issue was resolved within two days, some residual noise from the air conditioning compressors remained, as situated with pool pump close to the downstairs bedrooms, which was mildly disruptive at night. Cleaning Supplies: There were no cleaning supplies in the villa. When our three-year-old was sick on the bathroom floor, we had only toilet paper to clean up the mess. After contacting the concierge, they sent over a mop and bucket but requested it back the next day. While daily housekeeping was excellent, it would be helpful to provide basic cleaning supplies for emergencies or to help guests maintain the villa. Similarly, when our baby was sick another evening, the concierge quickly provided fresh bedsheets, resolving the situation efficiently. Safety Concern with Bedroom Locks: Each bedroom can be locked from the inside with a simple twist knob. On our last night, our three-year-old accidentally locked himself inside, causing concern when he stopped responding to the babysitter. We contacted the concierge for assistance, but in the meantime, we discovered that one of the sliding doors to the room wasn’t secure, allowing us to enter. We found him asleep on the bed. While the concierge arrived within 15 mins, they didn’t have the right key. They later provided a key in case it happened again. Families with young children should request a key that can unlock any room in advance. Kitchen Equipment: The kitchen was minimally equipped and not child-friendly. We had to purchase basic items like dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, a coffee plunger, and a blender. Outdoor Area: The outdoor seating area was lovely, but some of the cushion covers were torn and showed noticeable wear and tear. Construction Noise: There was a construction site nearby that occasionally caused significant noise. Service and Concierge: The concierge team was very responsive to all our requests and concerns. For example, they helped us resolve the bed topper issue, noise complaints, and provided fresh sheets quickly when needed. On our first day, we ordered food from the villa’s F&B service, which was satisfactory. For dining out, Silk and Catch were our favorite restaurants. Another local favourite was LILO. I had to go puket in the weekend I stayed in kemala puket hotel. l very happy in service of the hotel staff they had lot Tourist attractions in puket that recommended. They had activated for costumer To create fun staying in a hotel But it costs a small fee. But any the room in hotel is beautiful and The view is beautiful. Very calm no noise to disturb. For me I thought It’s worth it to had a comfortable rest. In the good place. There are more in hotel is had a free breakfast in the morning At the price paid,I thought it’s very reasonable to paid. I recommend it to those who love peace and feel comfortable. I want to do activities. There is a delicious food here that is very suitable for you. I guarantee that if you have already, you will definitely go back 100%. But most of the time, if you go to rest, it is recommended during the summer because if it is another season, it will not have a good atmosphere like me, especially in the rainy season, it may make your activities to do may not be recommended. The best is summer.

After more than 3.5 years we were back and it was like coming home. This time we chose a 3b villa ”Terraces” for our 3 week stay. Do you know the feeling when you enter a room and you feel so comfortable right away? We knew from our last visit that the team would do everything possible to ensure that their guests wouldn't miss anything. The villa was perfectly clean, lots of little details have been thought and it all felt so fresh & welcome. The fridge was already filled with our pre-ordered drinks, a visit to the local superstore did the rest and within a short time you are so well equipped that the holidays can start right away. Due to the heaviest rain the island have seen in 50 years - which resulted in flooding in parts of the island and landslides outside of Kamala that took down 5 power poles - there was no electricity for a certain time. The challenged team took care of us so kindly and gave us updates on the situation. They even brought candles to the villa in the evening which not only brightened the mood but also made it very romantic. We also felt so safe with everyone that our daughter wanted to stay alone in the evenings so that we could meet up with our friends for dinner. Not only are we infinitely grateful to the whole team, we would also like to say a big thank you to Thomas. Not only that the communication with him is so great, but also that he was able to help us with a special request and he was therefore responsible to make the trip possible for us as a family. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts & we'll see you ALL again next year (HILLS next...)

My husband and I wanted to enjoy a one-of-a kind wedding and honeymoon, and we found Keemala. We booked well in advance and found that communication with our wedding planner, Gam, was smooth and efficient. She helped arrange transportation to and from the airport, made sure we had a beautiful room, and walked us through our wedding ceremony, and after wedding events. (She even arranged for the bathtub to have flower petals in it!- very romantic!) Everyone was so pleasant and the room couldn't have been more beautiful. The staff is great, the food is amazing, and the view is breathtaking. I would highly recommend this resort. It's absolutely worth the trip.
