SsaiudnThe staff were really welcoming upon arrival, with a drink and fresh towel to cool down. I was given a twin room but the staff kindly put the beds together immediately. The mattress and pillows were so soft and I slept comfortably. One small faul is that there was no remote control for the AC, so I did have to get up in the middle of the night to adjust the settings.

YYadinOur stay here was great. The facilities were top notch and the staff was very welcoming, helpful and hardworking. The location is good too. Everything in Phuket seems far away because of the traffic but the beach was in walking distance from the hotel which was great. The only thing we suggest is telling the customer upon checking that if the deposit is done by card the money would be returned in about two weeks, we recommend paying the deposit/guarantee in cash. Other than that everything is great. We had a great stay at Avista Grande. We will definitely stay there again!

PPengguna TetamuAbsolutely beautiful hotel💛 the staff were so hospitable, kind and helpful. I had a bit of an upset stomach from a boat trip from the previous day and really wanted a banana which they didn't offer on the breakfast spread beside the banana fritters and they quickly just brought me a fresh banana from the kitchen no questions asked. They also helped us plan and research the best way to get to our next destination in Krabi.
The food at both the breakfast buffet and dinner was exceptional with a huge range of both continental and Thai food. The beach bar had great cocktails and a kind bartender that also doubled as a photographer for anyone wanting a nice beach photo while the cafe within the resort had a great range of special drinks and adorable and tasty pastries and cakes.
There are 2 pools right next to the beach, canoes and panel boarding offered for free for 1h per day to take and other activities. They also have a schedule of classes and kids activities so there is something to do for the whole family.
We made the preference request on Trip to say we want a room with nice views and they upgraded us from a mountain view room to a sea view room🥰

Jjohnzhao1991Selepas banyak pilihan, saya akhirnya memilih hotel ini sebagai hotel tempat saya menginap selama tiga hari terakhir perjalanan saya. Perasaan keseluruhannya boleh diterima, tetapi saya mungkin tidak menempah di sini lagi.
Mari kita bercakap tentang kekurangannya terlebih dahulu:
1. Hotel memperkenalkan bahawa terdapat perkhidmatan Cina, tetapi ia tidak selalu tersedia sehingga kami mendaftar keluar bahawa kami bertemu seseorang yang boleh berbahasa Cina.
2. Deposit hotel terlalu tinggi Kami mempunyai dua bilik, dan mereka mengenakan deposit sebanyak 2,000 baht setiap malam, jadi kedua-dua bilik itu mengenakan bayaran sebanyak 12,000 baht untuk tiga hari. dan pelayan tidak mengatakan kami boleh membayar lebih sedikit, akhirnya dibayar dalam RMB.
3. Kelab kanak-kanak agak mudah dan tidak sesuai untuk ibu bapa dan anak-anak.
4. Dua bilik telah ditempah, satu di Bangunan 3 dan satu di Bangunan 9, tanpa mengambil kira keselesaan tetamu. Bilik bersambung dengan kolam renang tidak disusun di kolam syurga, tetapi disusun di kolam renang terkecil di hotel Kelebihannya ialah bilangan orang yang lebih sedikit, lebih tenang dan privasi yang lebih baik.

1. Pertama sekali, adalah disyorkan untuk menonton persembahan tarian api setiap hari Isnin, Rabu dan Jumaat pada pukul 6:45 petang. Ia adalah bahagian kegemaran saya dalam jadual perjalanan Phuket ini 20 minit Persembahan diiringi oleh matahari terbenam dan memberikan kesan yang baik kepada orang ramai.
2. Bilik hotel ini benar-benar besar Walaupun kemudahannya sudah lama, ia diselenggara dengan baik Anda boleh menonton YouTube, Netflix dan aplikasi lain di TV disediakan setiap hari, yang pada asasnya cukup.
3. Reka bentuk taman adalah kelas pertama dan dijaga dengan baik.
4. Terdapat urutan di pintu, 711 berjalan kaki 5 minit, anda boleh sampai ke Liberty Beach dalam 10 minit (kena panjat bukit, susah nak berjalan, dan penat), dan boleh sampai. Pantai Meilin (lebuh raya, anda perlu mendaki, ia boleh diterima, dan pantai adalah sukar untuk berjalan) dalam 20 minit. Terdapat perkhidmatan urut dan kem perlindungan gajah berhampiran. The swimming pool is nice, but unfortunately, the pool bar was closed. Even though there was a sign about a Happy Hour promotion, Breakfast was okay but had limited variety, and during check in staff didn’t inform us about the breakfast location and opening hours..Dinner at Foliage restaurant was not available, but room service pizza was tasty. Cupz Café was overpriced for the quality. Parking is available but quite narrow.

CCassia garofaloThe chalet is really very good: spacious, beautiful, and with an amazing view. It has all the kitchen utensils, although we didn’t use them, and it was extremely clean. I definitely recommend it.
The only slightly inconvenient point is the location. The chalet is located at the top of the property, so you need to rely on the reception to arrange transportation to the main area, where the reception and beach access are located. It’s not possible to walk down, as the distance is quite far.
For those who rent a motorbike, this isn’t an issue and everything becomes very easy. However, without your own transport, it can be a bit uncomfortable having to depend on the hotel’s shuttle whenever you want to go down to the beach or leave the hotel.

This hotel is very basic for the price and I found prices fluctuate alot on this hotel During low season. I found for the price there are better hotels in the area thats even closer to the beach with more amenities.
RESTAURANT & POOL AREA
The pool area is beautiful and during my stay here the pool area was always neat and tidy with a small in-house restaurant on tue right.
BREAKFASTS
The breakfast menu is basic but suitable and in accordance with the price. I enjoyed the plain breakfasts and warm hospitality
ROOM SERVICE
Daily room service is available at this hotel. Water and coffee with sugar and tea is provided in the rooms. I was given a welcome drink on arrival in a wooden cup. It was lovely. Room will not be cleaned or water replaced unless you ask for it.
ROOMS
If you stay here I recommend the rooms with the pool view. The City view isn't so great.
Rooms are large with a little more compact bathroom but amazing baths but in my room the water pressure wasn't so great. The geysers is on controlled temperature. The water doesnt get boiling hot here. But its a good temperature
The room is comfortable and if curtains are closed its rather dark. Furnished with dark wooden furniture but comfortable bed and smart tv where you can stream on your own subscription. I liked that.

Plenty of packing and cupboard space
Bed side Tables and lamps
Towels
Bedding was comfortable
AIRCONDITIONING
Mine was a little noisy but not intolerable and cooled nicely but had a little leak, be careful if the floor is wet its insanely slippery so use the bath mat. Aircons are very old.
LOCATION
The hotel is on a hill so to walk to the nearby shops and such can be a mission but they do have bike rentals at THB180 and a shuttle bus that takes you one way to the beach round 11 daily and coning back will be at your own cost.
I felt it was a little far from all the major attractions and that it is in need of renovation especially outside paint work areas. The overall hotel is good I just felt for its location, basic menu, and old furnishings with the busy and sometimes noisy restaurants that its a kittle overpriced for what it actually is.
PESTS
Hotel has a serious ant problem. I am neat and tidy and nothing worked ants took over my room. Also get a mosquito 🦟 repellent as you next to a lake and the mozzies here are like little dragons.
I do recommend this hotel but consider your surroundings and rent a bike for traveling around then it will be a comfortable stay.
