Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Phuket

We stayed here for two nights to chill after long flights and to enjoy the beach nearby. We loved this hotel, location, accommodation, nice room, good shower (shampoo, soap, gel, teeth brush, towels, everything was there). Nice big bed! Just one moment - the aircond is just under the bed, but it wasn’t hot that time, so we didn’t use it at night). Want to admit lovely girls working there, they made us awesome breakfast! Also there are beach towels 👌🏽 Will definitely come back here next time 🩵

I stayed for a few nights which were peaceful enough. However, there was more than a little trouble with me checking into a room. For example, I came late to check in but the previous hotel guests didn't leave yet so I had to wait an extra couple hours to check in. Also, some lighting problem that I hadn't really cared about but they insisted on fixing. They ended up switching my room when they couldn't fix it. They need to provide more than a thin sheet for the bed. Other than that the room was nice and clean, the jacuzzi was nice, and they cleaned the room daily.

This boutique resort was a wonderful choice for our family vacation. The service was excellent, and the staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The food at the resort was truly delicious and surprisingly affordable, which made dining there very convenient and enjoyable. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for resting. One big advantage was that the resort offers car rental services, which made it very easy for us to travel to other nearby places and explore the area comfortably. We traveled as a family with our 3-month-old baby, and the resort was very comfortable and peaceful for us. We had a truly relaxing stay and enjoyed our time very much. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and stress-free holiday.

Приехали раньше времени заселения и были приятно удивлены, что нас сразу заселили. Проводили до домика, все показали, при неисправном кондиционере моментально пришли и починили. Находится в 10 минутах ходьбы от пляжа.

Очень понравилось расположение, отель на стыке двух районов. В пешей доступности пляжи Ката и Карон. Много гуляли, смотрели город, рядом много ресторанов, магазинов и в целом, развитая инфраструктура. Весь дождливый день провели в панорамном бассейне на крыше. Было очень атмосферно. Хочется выразить благодарность всему персоналу отеля. Начиная со встречи в аэропорту и заканчивая проводами мы были окружены заботой. Чувствовали себя так сказать «как дома»))) Очень рекомендую брать трансфер от отеля. Все быстро, комфортно, никого нигде не ждали, рейс сильно опоздал, но нас дождались. Не пришлось бежать менять сразу доллары в аэропорту по плохому курсу. Все оплатили потом в офисе, на обмене сэкономили 10%. По апартаментам нареканий нет. Выбирали по фото, все соответствует

The villa was just as described and the photos were accurate. It was a great stay and my family enjoyed ourselves very much, the kids love the private pool especially. Location is a bit out of the way, but no issues for us as we had our own transport. No food or shops nearby, so best to be prepared and stocked up. We used Grab Food for some of our meals and that was super convenient. Delivery personnel never had problems finding our villa during our stay. Parking space is a little bit squeezy along the small road outside the villa. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We did had an issue one night when the water pump at our villa failed and we had no running water for that night. Facility engineer was only available during working hours and we had to wait until next morning when one was sent to our villa to fix the issue. The engineer was very knowledgeable and managed to fix the issue in less than 30 minutes. Other than that it was a great stay, one that I will very much like to stay again. Thank you to all the staff who had supported us during our stay.

Good for a family place to stay long term as there is a spacious gym , infinity pool on the roof for adults, children’s pools with little slides and a restaurant, the staff are friendly and offer a motorbike and car rental service… The room is very big and has lots of storage and a safe to leave belongings, there is cutlery and cooking utensils and a stove so you can make food if you would like to instead of going out…

This hotel is pricey, but the location is great—just 3-5 mins from Bangla Road. No elevator, only 2 floors, and service was meh. Heads up: You’ll pay a deposit to Trip.com (refundable later) AND another 3,000 THB at the hotel. Not worth it, IMO! Considering everything, I don’t think this is a good choice.

ไปถึงค่อนข้างเย็นแล้ว น้องบริการดี พูดเพราะ มีอุปสรรคนิดหน่อยกับเรื่องคีการ์ด แจ้งน้องพนักงาน น้องรีบมาแก้ไขให้ ห้องใหญ่กว้างขวาง สะอาด สมกับราคา เราได้ห้องหมายเลข14 สำหรับ 3 คน ห้องน้ำโดยเฉพาะผักบัวอาบน้ำชำรุด ทำให้น้ำไหลไม่แรง แถมน้ำมีหยุดไหลบางช่วง ต้องโทรแจ้งถึง 2 รอบ แต่ก็ได้รับการแก้ไขทันที สรุปทุกอย่างดีหมด แต่เราอาจจะ เจอแจ๊กพ็อต เอง
