"Honestly, It's my first time to stay at double tree by Hilton and I would say that it was memorable & impeccable experience! The location is superb! Only 5 mins walk to the old town/city centre. The hotel Furnishings are modern and comfortable. The breakfast was generous , delicious with different variations. The hotel Amenities like the gym, spa & sauna are super relaxing specially coming from a long trip. The rooms are spotless and spacious. The staff were helpful & courteous specially "GABRIELLA" shout out to her. If you are Coming from the bus/train station of Plovdiv take the bus no. 26 or 7. The price was ok for the services they've offered. I highly recommend double tree by Hilton and I can't wait to comeback and experience again my Hilton moments. The only things that miss my needs were the amenities in the toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrush and etc and the rest were fantastic!"

"This hotel is in the city center, next to a beautiful green park with huge trees. There are very nice restaurants, cafes and bars in the center. The rooms are generally spacious and comfortable. There was a plumbing problem in the toilet the first day we arrived. We didn't worry too much. But the next morning we told Alexander at the reception. He showed us alternative rooms and asked us to make a choice. We stayed in a very nice room. Breakfast was sufficient and nice. Cleaning was normal. We saw enough hospitality for our trip to Plovdiv, where we stayed only 2 days. I recommend the hotel."

There was no reception, and communication re early check in and/or bag drop was difficult. The toilet area was always wet because of there was no separate shower area or shower curtain."

Just across the street is the restaurant street next to the Dzumaya Mosque. This historic hotel is located in the Old Town. It's a great place to experience the antique atmosphere of the 19th and early 20th centuries. It feels like a historic hotel. The bedding was particularly comfortable, made of soft cotton, and the mattress was firm and comfortable, making it perfect for a comfortable sleep. I'm very satisfied. The staff was very friendly and answered my questions promptly, so there were no problems. I initially requested breakfast, but after one night, I liked it so much I ordered it for the entire three days. I'm 100% satisfied with the staff, location, and facilities."

"I can’t imagine staying anyplace better when visiting Plovdiv. We were a family of four with a car, and the apartment-style room we had was spotlessly clean and met all of our needs (and beyond). After contacting Bright House in advance, one of the two parking spaces was reserved for us, which was very convenient. The Kapana district with many bars and restaurants is right across the street, and most of the sights in Plovdiv are all a short walk away. Also, our room had a great balcony that overlooked the old town. A truly wonderful stay!"

"Difficult to find in a vehicle with no helpful instructions from the hotel . Parking was 20 levs a night in a derelict site . Poor welcome from reception . No restaurant , no bar . The courtyard is in deep disrepair and unavailable for sitting outside . Breakfast was cold fried eggs and other choices very poor . Surly service . Basically it’s a very poor Bed & Breakfast . Disappointed because 7 years ago it was a completely different place which is why we returned ."

"Super great experience! The hotel can be said to be detail-oriented. The design and hygiene are very good, and the service is perfect! The location is excellent. It is in the ancient city, but cars can reach the hotel entrance. The breakfast is also very good, especially the stir-fried vegetables. There is a beautiful terrace on the fourth floor of the hotel. In the evening, you can take the free beer drinks provided by the minibar to the terrace. Go chat and admire the moon. The first floor below the hotel is an ancient Roman bathhouse from more than 1,800 years ago. It makes people feel as if they have traveled through time and space. It is so magical! My family members are all saying that they must stay a few more days next time they have the chance to come. Sincerely recommend!"
