"Great Location In Pilsen. Near the town square, lots of good restaurants near by. The owner Jan met us and had a reserved parking spot for us(on the street) . He was cordial and spoke pretty good English. He showed us around the hotel. Gave us great recommendations for local food.Our double room was large and comfy . It really is old European style. Breakfast was very good. We visited the Beer Museum and the underground tour (at the Beer Museum. I highly recommend it. "

Hotel Roudna

"We are now there every year for 5 years for a long weekend and everyone is very hearty. Rooms are very clean and breakfast is perfectly enough and very good. We have booked again for next year, center 5 to 10 minutes walk, to amphitheatre 20 minutes when you walk nicely. A large shopping market is not 5 minutes away. Top Hotel."

Hotel Palace

"The Palace staff were very friendly and helpful to help us solve the problem, but when we arrived at the hotel, the door was closed and only a note was left asking us to go to another hotel at the end of the street for check-in! There is only a designated time for front desk service, other times can only be called! The buffet breakfast is rich in food and you can choose what you like. The hotel is attached to the ancient city and can walk to various attractions. The room is fully equipped! Eat in the hotel's quarantined restaurant, show a 5% discount on the room!"

"Friendly receptionist, plenty of room to park my motorcycle, only €2, these people understand that a bike doesn’t nee much space. Room large, clean, good bed and shower Breakfast was one of the best I had on this trip. I can recommend this hotel."

Hotel Rango

"This is a wonderful small hotel in a terrific central location right off the main square. Be advised that you walk into the restaurant at first and then have to take the stairs up to reception on the next level. The staff were super friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was very nice as well- you could even order eggs freshly made. Don't sleep on the main level restaurant which is open for lunch and dinner- I had a wonderful lunch here on my last day. I would not hesitate to stay here again should I return to Pilsen!"

Hotel Plzeň

"The hotel is generally fine, but it needs a lot of TLC. A good dose of maintenance and minor repairs would give it a new look. Of course, the photos on *********** are quite misleading. Our room was fine, but it was very dark, with barely any sunlight coming in through the main window. However, the bathroom was separated by a hallway with a large window that let in light at dawn. The door to the room has glass that lets in all that early morning light, enough to wake you up, but not enough to illuminate the room throughout the day. The bathroom urgently needs to fix the screen; it didn't stay put and remained open all the time, leaving the floor soaked when showering. The bathtub had loose slats, and the shower head was completely broken; it wouldn't go up or down, or even stay on; you had to hold it constantly, which was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was average, somewhat hampered by the constant wasps. There's a children's play area where they can entertain themselves after breakfast. There's no elevator. Check-in/out is completely impersonal, done through an app, which, depending on the situation, can be good or bad. We could have avoided going to reception; we did it out of sheer formality, but the welcome was curt and brief, lacking much warmth. Overall, we were quite disappointed with the hotel, especially regarding the maintenance issue; it's a shame they let it deteriorate like this."
