"Останавливались в данном отеле на две ночи. Отель расположен в жилом доме на 1-м этаже + дополнительный отдельный корпус. Завтрак достаточно вкусный, входит в стоимость номера. В нашем номере-студии была мини кухня с чайником, микроволновкой и эл.плиткой. Весь персонал доброжелательный. Но, есть один большой минус, из-за которого мы вряд ли сюда ещё вернёмся - это абсолютная слышимость всего, что происходит вокруг. И как итог: ни одной спокойной ночи."

No. 1 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Pskov"Очень хорошие завтраки. И очень вкусные. Официанты очень внимательные. Сервис на высоком уровне. Очень приятные сотрудники ресепшен. Удивила её состояние номеров и их чистота. Персонал гостиницы здоровается с гостями в коридорах, что было очень приятно, давно не замечала такую доброжелательность в русских отелях. Отмечу что сам отель очень ухоженный, всё радует глаз, вечером показывают кино на первом этаже в холле, мы не успели попасть в бассейн, поэтому ничего не могу сказать про spa – зону. На заднем дворе отеле имеется приятная лужайка с зоной посадки и обслуживания гостей и размещением детей на детской площадке, территория огорожена. Мы были в восторге от проживания, всем рекомендую. "

"Нам отель очень понравился! Все новое, просторно, высокие потолки, окно можно открыть на микропроветривание, есть москитные сетки, очень тепло (батареи можно регулировать). Большая удобная кровать. Очень хороший завтрак для 3 звездочного отеля, симпатичный ресторан ( и ужинали там, и завтракали, все очень вкусно) с приятной застекленной террассой. В номере вода, чай, сахар, полотенца меняли кажд день. Единственный минус (но не критичный) : до центра города 2,5 км, но такси решает эту проблему ( 180-200 руб. до центра)"

Мне отель понравился. Из плюсов могу выделить следующие:
1). Девушки на ресепшене и в зоне спа были очень вежливы. Изначально нам дали номер без окна, мы попросили поменять, в итоге мы жили в номере с великодепным видом на храм. Около окна стояли столик и 2 стула. И мы часто там сидели и наслаждались видом
2). Зона спа тоже мне понравилась. Там есть сауна, хамам, бассейн и джакузи. Нам говорили, что вечером очень именно людей. В итоге после 8 все в основном были в бассейне. А в сауне я сидела одна
3). Отель в целом сам очень уютный. Внутри много растений, на первом этаже рояль, красивые стулья. В целом очень уютно.
4). Отель располагается в очень красивом районе. Рядом река, набережная, много прекрасных домиков.
Мы сочетали экскурсии и отдых в спа. В первый день сходили на экскурсию в Поганкины палаты, потом провели 2 часа в спа, потом прогулялись около Кремля. Во второй день утром сходили в спа, затем на экскурсию по Кремлю, пообедали, сходили в спа, отдохнули и опять в спа). На третий день сходили в спа и поехали на экскурсию в Изборск и Печоры. А потом на ласточке уехали в Питер. В итоге так перезагрузились, как будто в длительный отпуск съездили. И выбор отеля сыграл в этом плане большую роль"
