Amd one of the best in pucon.. very decent nreakfast amd you can ask for an omelete or egg your way. All included. I would add an expresso machine for us the coffee adicts"

"The location is excellent. Its central but in a quiet street. Its what i would call pokey but others might say cozy. The mattress in my room was really uncomfortable. The floorboards were really creaky so upstairs occupants coming back later than us or getting up earlier than us seemed really noisy. The place was not very clean and the kitchen was cramped and stale smelling. There weren't enough toilets downstairs as i had to wait to use the bathroom on several occasions. It was peak season so may be less crowded off peak. There was an outside loo but that definitely wasn't clean. There is a garden area but if you sit out it means you are sitting on top of the washing line. The owner is nice enough and some might say friendly but i found him intrusive and he had many rules you much abide by."

"Absolutely lovely hostel. Owner was very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Room was lovely with good quality, sturdy bunks (no creaking or broken ladders that you sometimes find). Air conditioning unit was a bonus too, as we went in later winter so still nippy at night and we apprecited the controllable heating! Nicely located on a quiet street, but still just a short walk from town centre. Would definitely recommend!!"

But what made our stay exceptional was Cristian and his team - any issues were dealt with immediately, advice given on where to visit, and Cristian went out of his way to send something we'd left behind. Highly recommended!"

"It fell far short of the expectations shown on the "Nós do Chile" program. The lodge is nice, in a privileged location, but it urgently needs a professional manager; the staff were completely unprepared for the job. They didn't know what a "rack" for luggage was, and they didn't have one; they gave me a small coffee table instead. The breakfast had very little (almost no) variety, and they brought only a few things to the table; you couldn't choose anything. There was no one at reception or nearby when you needed to order something. They said the place has a restaurant with a "chef," but it must be a "ghost chef," as there was absolutely no one in the restaurant. Furthermore, it's quite far from the center of Pucon; in heavy traffic, it can take up to half an hour to get there. In short, I'm sure there are better options in Pucon. I do not recommend staying at this place, as my experience was very disappointing!!!"

"It’s relatively small so it feels immediately comfortable. The decor and style is mid-century. The rooms are a bit small but comfortable. There are fantastic views from the rooms of Lake Villarica. The grounds are spectacular. It is like a park with a private beach. We enjoyed the spa/pool area very much. Service is excellent and friendly. Food in the restaurant is good although we mostly ate in Pucon. Pucon is just 5 minutes away. Highly recommend!"

"Stayed here 2nights and found it an excellent choice. We had superior room which was worth the extra, with lovely bathroom and bedroom, extremely clean and comfortable. The grounds and pool also great. The restaurant was very nice with a small choice of menu which changes daily. We ate at the hotel as it is quite far from town and the roads are busy. Staff extremely helpful."

"Hotel with a beautiful garden, very comfortable beds and a good size room. In general very clean and remodeled bathrooms. In general, the comfort is good. The staff lacks friendliness, not very cordial, they lack training in customer service (reception). We ordered a box since we left early because we traveled to Argentina and the truth is that it was very fome (a dry ham cheese crumb bread without butter, a watts juice, a child's cereal and the only thing that was delicious was a small brownie). The location is good for us because it is closer to the international road, but it is far from the center if you are going to stay in Pucón. They have some jars that you can use by paying separately."

"I spent three nights at this lovely hostal in April of this year-2025-and it was very satisfactory...The room was large and clean and sleep quality was excellent...Location was perfect-a short walk to the centre of town...Breakfast was included in the price and really set me up for the day with a wide variety of food available...For a very small fee laundry service was available..The staff were super friendly and this is a place I would be happy to return to...Top marks...10 out of 10."

"The hotel is poorly maintained, the pools are not well painted, there are spots that need paint. There is a heated pool that is in a building where the roof was removed, it looks sad. The service at the restaurant is bad because they have few waiters, the breakfast is bad, the avocado is out of a bag, the eggs are like brown, little variety of things. The exterior paint is old. The plastic lounge chairs. We wanted to go to the spa, we went down and they told us that we couldn't go without making an appointment, even though there was no one there, but by far the most precarious place is the heated pool."

"My experience at Lucky’s Hostel in Pucón was very disappointing. From the beginning, the treatment was distant and unwelcoming. No one explained how the facilities worked or offered a tour, so I had to figure everything out on my own. The heating was inadequate in the mornings, there were no basic supplies like napkins, and they even charged extra for towels. While the other guests were very friendly, the owner, Sebastián, had a judgmental attitude that made me feel uncomfortable. To top it off, they charged me 25 dollars for losing a key, which I found to be an excessive fee. All in all, I would not recommend this hostel."

There is a park right in front of you, and if you pass through the park, you can take a walk to the lakeside, so it is convenient to go for family or private travelers. "I had an incredible experience at Mirador Los Volcanes Lodge Boutique! The views were absolutely unbeatable, providing a breathtaking backdrop for my stay. The cabins were not only comfortable but also spacious, equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. My 4-year-old daughter absolutely loved the outdoor spaces, especially the tree house, the pool, and playing with the sheep. She also had a fantastic time at the playground and with Waffles, the property cat, which made her stay even more special. Cristian, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His hospitality truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our visit. I can confidently say that this will be my favorite place to stay whenever I visit Pucon. Highly recommended!"
