The shower also had problems with the water flow; it overflowed. The technician fixed it quickly; it was a small funnel stuck in the pipe, which he removed. It seems like this isn't the first time we've encountered this issue. Why didn't you remove it beforehand, or at least give us a heads-up? It's so unpleasant to even take a shower now…"
