"We won't be returning. This is our second visit to the pool. After our first visit, I even left a review on Instagram, but never received a reply. Today, the situation was just as bad, and the service continues to be severely lacking. After paying for pool access, we tried to settle in. We were told we couldn't open an umbrella because of the wind (fair enough). Yet, several umbrellas were already open. We were then informed those were older models and no free ones like them were available (fine). We called over a staff member and asked her to sort out the issue, otherwise we'd have to leave. I certainly wasn't planning on spending the whole day in +40°C heat, especially with an 8-month-old baby. They eventually found us one umbrella (on the sunny side). I explained we needed another one, as we were waiting for friends with a family of four. The staff member simply turned her back to me and walked away without a word (?!) I ended up scrambling around in the sun with my child for 20 minutes (he was also trying to sleep), and finally asked for a refund since no solution was offered. This establishment is clearly not customer-focused. Couldn't they have at least warned us at the entrance that umbrellas wouldn't be available on a +40°C sunny day?"
