Arcadia Spa Golf International Hotel ★★★★★

📍 North of the East End of National Highway 308, Economic Development Zone, Intersection of National Highway 308 and Jinan Northern Ring Expressway, Qihe

"This stay at Qihe Arcadia Hot Spring Golf Hotel is a perfect holiday trip beyond expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was deeply attracted by its charm, and I was deeply impressed by every aspect. Let me talk about the accommodation experience first. The design and layout of the room show quality and style. The spacious and bright space, with a warm and comfortable decoration style, makes people feel at home instantly. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, allowing me to enjoy a deep sleep every night. The facilities in the room are complete and very high-end. The intelligent control system allows me to easily adjust the lighting and temperature of the room. There are also large viewing windows. When you open them, you can enjoy the picturesque golf course scenery or the quiet garden scenery. It feels great to be awakened by the sun and the beautiful scenery in the morning. The dining aspect is even more surprising. The hotel's restaurant offers a rich and diverse selection of food, whether it is exquisite Chinese dishes or delicious Western meals, which can meet different tastes. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality, and the chef's cooking skills are superb. Every dish is not only delicious, but also beautifully presented, which can be called a double feast of vision and taste. The variety of breakfast is so rich that it makes people dizzy, with freshly made pancakes, tender and juicy fried eggs, and fragrant freshly ground coffee, every bite is full of sincerity. The most praiseworthy thing is the hotel's special experience project. The hot spring area is simply a paradise for relaxation. Large and small hot springs are scattered among the gardens. There are many special hot springs such as health medicine bath, rose petal bath, milk bath, etc. Soaking in the warm spring water, feeling the nourishment of minerals to the skin, listening to the crisp birds around, the fatigue of the day is instantly dissipated. The golf course is even more high-end and atmospheric, the venue is very professionally maintained, with green grass and complete facilities. Even a golf beginner like me can quickly get started and enjoy the fun of swinging under the patient and meticulous guidance of professional coaches. The hotel's service is impeccable. From the front desk reception to the room service, to the restaurant staff, every employee is warm and friendly and thoughtful. They always smile, take the initiative to ask for needs, and any problems can be solved in a timely and efficient manner. When leaving the hotel, they also gave a small gift thoughtfully, which made people feel warm. The surrounding environment also adds a lot to this stay. The hotel is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, with fresh air and quiet environment. It is very pleasant to take a walk around the hotel and enjoy the natural scenery in your spare time. And the transportation is also very convenient, whether you drive or take a taxi. In short, Qihe Arcadia Hot Spring Golf Hotel has done perfection in every aspect from accommodation, catering to special experiences and services. Whether it is a business trip, a family vacation or a couple's trip, this is an excellent choice. I strongly recommend it to everyone, and I believe you will love it when you come!"

Knight's Hotel Europark Resort ★★★★★

"The room is OK. The Knight Room has bunk beds for children. Children will definitely like it. The tap for washing hair is too low. It may be suitable for children. Adults can't wash their hair. It's too low. Breakfast ends too early. The staff who cooks noodles and steaks in the restaurant is too dogmatic and doesn't know how to adapt. I asked to cut the squid twice, but he didn't cut it and said it was difficult to operate. I was really impressed. The location is close to Polar World and Dream Kingdom. The location is definitely the best. I hope that the catering will strengthen management. There is no coffee stirring spoon in the restaurant, but there is one in the room."

"The room is very large and clean, and the shape is also very unique. The 2.6-meter big bed is especially suitable for a family of four. The service of Ni Shasha at the front desk is also very good. She is responsive to every request. She delivered two cups of hot milk in the evening, and the milk tasted very good. The amount of food ordered in the room is really large, and the cost performance is very high. It’s just that the facilities are a little old, and the cleaning on the day of the extension of the stay was not in place."

"The room is clean and tidy, the service staff is warm and friendly, but it is best not to eat here. The food takes too long to be served. I ate 3 times and waited for at least 40 minutes for each dish and rice. The dishes were just right for eating, but not hot. The staple food might be cold. If you have dietary restrictions and dishes, you must confirm them again, otherwise there is a possibility of error."

Arcadia Spa Golf International Hotel ★★★★★
"During the holiday, I brought my three children from Tianjin to the Ocean Park Animal Kingdom. It was the first time for a family of five to drive by themselves, so I wanted to find an accommodation with complete facilities and food, drink and entertainment. I searched for Arcadia and booked it immediately. The transportation service was very convenient and fast. It took about 40 minutes to drive from the hotel to Jinan Daming Lake, and it took only 10 minutes to get to the Animal Kingdom the next day. Moreover, the hotel housekeeper Miss Wang Teng was also very considerate. Knowing that the children were young, she also prepared bed fences and bedding. The service attitude was also very good. I will book here next time I come to Qihe!"

"I brought my children to the Knight Hotel Forest Cabin room in Europa Castle. The cabin has two small beds upstairs and downstairs, which can accommodate a child. The children like it very much. After finishing the bottled water, you can get 3 more bottles. The drinks and beer in the small refrigerator are also free. The buffet breakfast and dinner are also very rich, and the overall experience is very good."

"The hotel's hardware facilities are very good and suitable for taking photos. However, the quality of the hotel staff is average. There is no concierge when you arrive at the store. The porter does not help to carry the luggage and just watches from the side. I asked the same porter twice before giving the hotel luggage cart, and I had to push it into the hotel by myself. I asked the front desk if I could send the luggage to the room, and the answer was that I had to push the hotel luggage cart upstairs by myself, and the front desk was far from the room. Not very suitable for bringing children or business reception."

"The hotel is not far from Europa Park Animal World. We booked a twin room with a garden view, which comes with a small courtyard. The hotel is very warm and asked one day in advance whether we would bring children. They prepared children's slippers and toiletries, and put the twin beds together as we requested in advance. The hotel is close to Ande Lake, with great scenery and it is very quiet. The whole hotel is designed in the Hui style of garden, which is very photogenic. It is very pleasant to take the children for a walk inside. The hotel also has four-person and double bicycles. The breakfast is not bad, but if you go late, there may not be many varieties. If you have the chance to go there again, I will choose here again."
