"The hotel was overall okay and fairly clean, but the floor didn’t seem properly cleaned, there were quite a lot of shoe marks, almost like it had just been finished and not fully cleaned yet. Also, it’s a new branch and wasn’t easy to find on Google Maps. I accidentally booked a motorbike at another branch about 3 km away, which was quite inconvenient. This is something they should update online. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a decent stay, just a few issues that were a bit frustrating."

"The rooms are clean and new. The common area has free laundry facilities and an iron. It's quiet and suitable for families. It's close to Future Park Rangsit mall, making it convenient to find food. The staff are attentive and provide good service. The only drawback is that parking is only available within the building premises; there is no designated parking area."

"The accommodation is located near Future Park Rangsit, easily accessible by walking across the pedestrian bridge. The room amenities are excellent, and the room is very spacious. The neighbors are very friendly. It's opposite a market, making it easy to find food, and there's a 7-Eleven nearby. Overall, I was very impressed and will definitely stay there again if I have business in the area. There are security guards on duty 24/7, so it feels very safe."

"I have to say, this is my first review and I'm extremely dissatisfied. We were traveling as a large family, but the staff couldn't find our names. They said we hadn't booked with the hotel. Furthermore, the room we booked didn't match the description. We booked one type of room, but received a completely different one upon arrival. We went to the hotel hoping for a comfortable and relaxing stay, but instead, we had to endure a small and cramped room that didn't match our reservation. The staff tried to offer us other rooms as compensation, but the alternative room they offered was clean and located on an upper floor. I would like to see the staff improve their ability to update guest information more effectively. We went to the hotel to relax, not to be constantly searching for booking confirmations."
