"The hotel provided a room without hot water supply, so we couldn't take a shower. When we checked out, the staff promised to refund the room fee in full, but in the end they didn't keep their promise and said that it didn't happen. The service quality and business practices of such a hotel are simply infuriating. If you book this hotel, please think twice. There are no staff in the hotel after 9pm, and no one will help you solve any problems you encounter. Don't be fooled."

"The hotel has a great location, very close to Reims city center, making it very convenient for getting around. The overall facilities are fairly complete, the rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the environment is relatively clean. However, there was a slight disappointment regarding cleanliness – there was still food left behind by the previous guest in the refrigerator, which hadn't been promptly cleaned out, making it feel somewhat inappropriate. Also, the check-in time was late, and the check-out time was quite early, which was slightly inconvenient. If the hotel could pay more attention to cleanliness and scheduling, I believe the overall experience would be much better."

"We were first hit as we alighted our coach with the most appalling smell from the bins which were situated only meters from the sleeping accommodation. It is a pity that I couldn't record the smell for you to appreciate just how bad it was. The rooms, and I use the term rooms very loosely would have been better described as garden sheds and only as big. On entry we were faced with what can only be described as a totally unacceptable abode for the night. On the walls were marks that looked like bodily fluids and a hole with some rough cementing around it. Needless to say I didn't examine the hole too closely in case something was in residence! Cobwebs complete with spiders adorned the place. We all sat around in the grounds before retiring as we wanted to spend as less a time as possible in the so called rooms. We decided that we would engage in some drinks from the bar. After only one pint they ran out of draught beer and it promptly shut at 2230 without warning. Surely they knew the coach was coming and they should have prepared better. Having being sat for around an hour we were joined by a couple of mice that continued to run around our feet, perhaps they appreciated the smell of the bins and saw them as a likely food source. Avoid if you can! If you can't stay at home. "
